CHARMING VILLA APT, BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED ON A NAUTICAL THEME. JUST A STONES THROW AWAY FROM THE STUNNING BOTTOM BAY, HARRISMITH, AND SAM LORD BEACHES. SEABREEZE IS SITUATED IN A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT ABSOLUTELY IDEAL FOR A SINGLE PERSON OR COUPLE.

I LIKE TO MAKE MY GUESTS WELCOME AND A COLD LOCAL BEER AWAITS FOR THE START OF YOUR TROPICAL EXPERIENCE. A FOOD PACKAGE CONSISTING OF MILK, ORANGE JUICE, COKE, BREAD, BUTTER, EGGS, AND CEREAL. SUBJECT TO THE LENGTH OF STAY. PLUS AN ARRAY OF TOILETRIES

THE ACCOMMODATION IS DECORATED TO A HIGH STANDARD BASED ON A NAUTICAL THEME. THERE IS ONE BEDROOM WITH EITHER TWO SINGLE BEDS OR SUPER KING SIZE. A CONSTANT TRADEWIND BREEZES THROUGH THE APT MOST OF THE YEAR. HOWEVER, THERE IS AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BEDROOM AND A CEILING FAN IF PREFERED. THERE IS PLENTY OF WARDROBE SPACE WITH DRAWERS AND SHELVES.

THE SITTING ROOM/KITCHENETTE IS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND HAS A CHOICE OF BOOKS. THERE IS A LARGE FRIDGE/FREEZER AND THE KITCHEN IS WELL EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING FROM A COFFEE GRINDER, TO A BLENDER FOR THOSE TROPICAL COCKTAILS. A COMBINATION AIR FRYER AND SEPARATE ELECTRIC

COLONIAL DOORS OPEN ONTO A SEA BLUE PRIVATE SUNDECK WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY A SUNDOWNER OR A MEAL OVERLOOKING YOUR OWN TROPICAL GARDEN. THERE ARE CHAIRS AND A COFFEE TABLE. A FREESTANDING BBQ AND TEAK DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS TO FINISH OFF THE ENJOYMENT OF THE OUTDOORS. THERE IS A PRIVATE ENTRANCE TO THE APT.

THE SECLUDED SWIMMING POOL IS SHARED WITH THE OWNER. IT IS SURROUNDED BY ANOTHER BLUE DECK, TROPICAL PLANTS, AND PALMS.

AS THE VILLA IS SINGLE STOREY SECURITY CAMERAS AND GRILLS HAVE BEEN ADDED. IT IS, HOWEVER, A VERY SAFE AREA TO LIVE IN.

MOSQUITO NETS ARE ADDED TO ALL THE WINDOWS

PARKING ON AND OFF-ROAD IS AVAILABLE. I CAN ALSO ARRANGE CAR HIRE FROM A RELIABLE LOCAL FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS, AT A DISCOUNTED RATE. HIRING OF A CAR IS ADVISEABLE FOR SIGHTSEEING AND GETTING AROUND

I offer a hands on approach. I check on my guests most mornings to see if everything is too their satisfaction. i am happy to help as much as possible. I will sit and go through the map and talk about what my guests would like to see. I also make suggestions. For guests without a vehicle I will tell them when I am visiting somewhere and I am happy to drop them off. I let my guests choose how much or how little interaction they would like with me. often guests become good friends.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Diana (the owner) a message.

If Diana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
