Experience this one-of-a-kind home today! Situated in the prestigious gated Twin Rivers neighborhood with a fully fenced in lot, you're sure to love this home's beautifully landscaped outdoor living space including an in-ground stone firepit, pond with waterfall, and a large yard. Relax in the hot tub or in one of the beautifully appointed 3 bedrooms this home offers.

Enter the main level of the home with just a few steps from the paved parking area. The cabin's great room features comfortable furniture arranged around a stone gas log fireplace and a Smart HDTV with DirectTV Now programming on a Roku device. The dining nook is on one side, with an expandable table and four chairs. The kitchen is efficiently designed and has a beautiful tile counter and backsplash along with a double refrigerator and a glass cooktop electric range.

The hardest part of falling asleep in this home will be choosing which lovely bedroom to call yours. The master suite is on the main level and has a King bed, a TV cabinet in the wall, a walkin closet, and a private bathroom with a combination jetted bathtub and shower. Downstairs are two more bedrooms. The room to the right of the stairs has a Queen sized bed and an HDTV as well as a twin daybed & trundle combination in the room, and the room to the left of the stairs has a Full sized bed. There is a full bathroom between the two rooms with a combination tub & shower.

Step outside to experience the many wonderful options for outdoor living. The main level deck wraps around 3 sides of the home and is gated to allow safety for young children and pets. There is a table & chairs overlooking the yard from this deck, another set of outdoor chairs, as well as the relaxing hot tub with steps to get into it easily. The lower level deck has an outdoor pool table and an outdoor ping pong table, some of the only private outdoor games in the High Country area.

The grounds of this home have been created especially for the purpose of relaxing and enjoying the cool mountain air. Steps from the lower level deck lead you down into the patio area with its in-ground stone firepit, a pond with manmade creek and waterfall feeding into it, and a table & chairs with umbrella. The grassy yard beyond is nearly flat and is perfect for those who wish to run and play, and the yard is fully fenced on all sides to provide a safe place for all.

You may not wish to ever leave this haven, but if you do, you'll find yourself just 10 minutes from Boone and Appalachian State University, and just 20 minutes away from Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Hawksnest Tubing, and Banner Elk. Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, and Ski Beech are just a short drive away as well. This property offers the benefit of Express Checkin where guests can go straight to the home without having to pick up keys elsewhere, allowing you to start your vacation that much sooner.
