Bonita Beach & Tennis continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since hurricane Ian. The condo complex is a "CONSTRUCTION ZONE!" This will include but not limited to ongoing construction around the 5 condo towers, and common areas of the property. The reconstruction project will include but not limited to construction workers, construction vehicles, construction equipment & materials, construction noise, painting, restricted and/or limited access to some balconies and may cause temporary power outages. The estimated completion of the reconstruction project is currently open ended and final completion is subject to factors outside of the general contractor's control, to include inclement weather and supply chain issues. The pool and tennis courts are currently closed and under construction, there is 1 elevator operating in each building in addition to the stairways, designated and limited access to the ground floor atriums of each building, only 1 "pay per load" laundry area currently located in building 5, and there is limited and restricted parking areas. We will update this property description when we know the pool and tennis have re-opened. There will be no refunds after arrival because of the aforementioned construction condition of the condo community.

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo, the sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach and local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering its pools, tennis or pickleball, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, and the famous Doc's Beach House. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach without any hassle.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

How do damage deposits work?
