From the owner

The accommodation is very spacious and cozy; this newly renovated trying to give a new functional air, but without losing its essence vintage. In the entrance hall, we procuradoque the house will provide a good impression; and that lasts throughout the stay. It has a large kitchen living in the same room, which makes it very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and plenty of utensils. In the house we have two bedrooms, with two very different environments. The first with a double bed and space for a cot, the second with two beds of 90, and you could add a third for a child, on request. The bathroom has a shower with screen and allows the thermo shower without any restrictions, we also have plenty towels and other essential elements gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Also note the passageway to the courtyard; our little "museum of memory" have compiled particularly where everything is and has been for us "Casa Xuacu" and we would like to share with travelers. And last but not least, the courtyard, this has a large porch that allows you to host a seating area for social gathering, and simple and cozy dining room where meals and enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Cefe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
