Villa Sarnia calm exclusif and yet in the Heart of SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS, 10 min drive from ANTIBES. Perfect for work trips or visiting the area.

Villa Sarnia is our family home, we are a family of 5, which includes 3 boys aged 7 to 15.

Our household also includes well behaved pets, cats and dogs.

You will have a private access to a large bedroom, a bathroom en suite with bathtub.

All linens and towels are included.

We are happy to provide you with extra services, if you have specific needs please let us know (extra babybed etc) French Breakfast and coffee or tea is included in our Bnb offer.

When you choose Villa Sarnia you choose the best location to explore the Côte d'Azur and relax with your family.

Villa Sarnia is a stunning private property located on the hills above Biot village. It offers large open spaces featuring high ceilings and deep terrasses with exceptional views over the surrounding natural protected park (Natura du Dôme de Biot/ Natura 2000). Peaceful and very spacious, the property is conveniently located within walking distance of the village and only a ten minutes drive from the beaches.

Our house is 300M2 over three different floors, the swimming pool is safe for children under parents supervision, it is heated and offers counter-current swimming and salted water with a wide sunny teak terrasse overlooking the valley.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool from April to October, the teak terrace is available for a sunbath all year around ;)

The kitchen, a Professional black granite Designer Kitchen which might turn you into a chef and its very deep open sky terrace, wonderful for a friendly breakfast, unless you prefer to have it on your private balcony!

On the next floor down you reach a dramatic entertaining space/TVlounge of over 65m2 with DVD collection, bioethanol fireplace, a library, table football, board games and a direct access to the swimming pool and garden!

Ideally Located you will find Villa Sarnia is a Stunning Luxurious Sanctuary with deep shaded terrasses and a dream Pool!

How do damage deposits work?
