Shops, supermarket and restaurants in Biot (1km, a 15-20 minute walk downhill along path). Sandy beach under 10 minutes' drive.
Close by is the delightful medieval hilltop village of Biot, famous for its glass blowing industry. Visitors can watch local artisan at work, a must see!
There are various watersports available just 4-5 km away and many children's attractions such as Marineland, Aquasplash, a children's farm and a butterfly museum nearby. Capacity restricted for your comfort.

The owner lives in a separate apartment within the grounds on a lower level. The apartment is not adjoining the villa. The access to the apartment is from the driveway. The owners do not overlook the garden, pool or terrace but they are on hand if required.
