Das Appartement hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einen großen Wohnraum mit Sat- TV und einer Sitzgruppe, die in zwei Betten umgewandelt werden können, eine Küche mit Essecke, ein Badezimmer und eine sehr große Südterrasse. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für 2-4 Personen.

Als gemeinsame Einrichtung steht im Erdgeschoß eine große offene, teilweise überdachte Terrasse für Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen zur Verfügung. Hier wird ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück (5,- Euro) und Mittag- und Abendessen (je 8,- Euro) angeboten. Außerdem können hier gemeinsame Grillabende verbracht werden. Ein gemütlicher Grillabend mit köstlichsten Speisen wird ab 10,- Euro all inclusive pro Person angeboten. Der Grill wird nur von dem Gastgeber (seinem Koch) bedient.

Das Haus ist mit einer Internetverbindung über DSL-WLAN ausgestattet, die für Gäste kostenlos ist.

Der nächste Zugang zum Meer, mit feinem Kies, ist direkt vor dem Haus über die (sehr wenig befahrene) Strasse. Die Wasserqualität ist auch auf Grund des angrenzenden Nationalparks hervoragend. Die Meeresströmungen und insbesondere Nordwinde treiben hin und wieder Meeresgras zum Ufer, so dass dort manchmal etwas Meeresgras schwimmt. Der kleinere Stadtstrand ist ca. 500 m von einer Seite der Bucht und der große Strand ca. 1000 m von anderer Seite entfernt.

Gegenüber dem Haus ist ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft mit allen notwendigen Sachen für den täglichen Bedarf, mit täglich frischem, exzellentem Brot, sowie ein nettes Bistro zum Verweilen vorhanden.
