Cet appartement avec parking privé a était rénové fin 2018 par une designer (peinture refaite, carrelage neuf, salle de bain entièrement neuve, faux plafond avec spots lumineux...).

Il est tout équipé (tv écran géant , internet , four , micro onde , bouilloire , grille pain , machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle etc.........)

Cet appartement F3 (2 chambres) est aussi équipé d'un canapé lit haut de gamme (160x200m extra large) dans le salon cf photo ou sur internet la marque felis , ce canapés s'ouvrent sans effort, sans enlever les coussins pour vous offrir une literie de haute qualité

Il se trouve proche de toutes commodités au cœur de la ville de Biarritz, c'est son gros atout, tout se fait à pied en 5 10 min(plage ,centre ville, supermarché, commerces, musée, cinéma, bars, restaurants...) ,proches des golfs. Facilité de rangement grand placard (incrusté dans le mur du couloir, très pratique).

Il est situé dans un quartier et une résidence très calme .

IMPORTANT RÉSERVATIONS:

-Caution demandé a l'entrée dans les lieux par chèque 900 e et restitué à la sortie. En effet l'appartement a été refait à neuf d'où certaines précautions...(uniquement en espèce pour les étrangers)

Prestations annexes:

-Ménage sur demande 50€ notez sinon que vous devez faire complètement le ménage de l'appartement

-Cours de surf sur demande 20/25€ heure par personne tous niveau au lieu de 35€/h en école de surf (surfeur sur la cote basque depuis plus de 10 ans) tarif évoluent en fonction de la durée, saison, niveau etc. Matériel fourni m’appeler afin d’en parler

-Location de planche de surf de débutant à confirmé (10 € par jour à voir en fonction de la saison et du nombre de jours de location)

Light and spacious apartment situated on the ground floor of a quiet and relaxed residential complex with private parking

Open plan kitchen diner and living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, tv extra large , wifi . Ample built-in storage space.

There are 1 sofa with one bed in the living room (Italian brand felis search the net you will see are sofa beds very high end) 160x200 cm

The property is located in the heart of Biarritz, within easy reach of all commodities : you will never be more than 5 minutes walk away from the beaches, museums, shops, bars, restaurants, golf courses etc

The apartment has been completely renovated in April 2018 ( paint, new tiling, entirely new bathroom, lighting fixtures, etc ).

I regularly surf at the Cote des Basques, so I can provide tips on surf spots and rent you boards if needed. I can easily give you informations & tips about the local surfing spots.

IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION :

• Your booking will only be confirmed after reception of the deposit (50% of the rental price)

• A security deposit will be required upon arrival & will be returned to you on departure 900€ (foreign visitors : deposit by cash only due to cheque fraud) Of course if not problem and clean i ll give your back your money , you ll have a receive and you can see on internet i ve more than 350 review

- Surfing lessons on demand (20/30€ per hour/person) : all levels, prices variable depending on season and number of people, length, etc

- Surfboard rental on demand (10€ per day depending on season/length) : beginner to advanced boards available.

How do damage deposits work?
