Shanthi Villa is a two story villa which include three beautiful rooms and it consist with attach bathrooms. Shanthi Villa have both A/C and non A/C rooms. We offer free WIFI , Cable TV connection in common. Shanthi villa is a ideal place to accommodate who search in close to Bentota and Beruwala. Because from our location maximum 7 minutes walking distance to Bentota Beach and Moragalla Beach which famous among the foreigners. Not only that very easy to access Bus stand, Railway satiation, Hospitals and Supermarkets. That means no more than 600 m to Aluthgama city.Our property is a ideal place for spend vacation for families, small group of friends and couples.We have large garden which use for function such as birthday party , Wedding anniversary or some other function.

When you book full villa you can use large kitchen as your wish to prepare your meals without any disturbances. Not only that it is ideal arrange parties with the friends in night time with the BBQ also. We give our BBQ machine for free of charge for the guest who stay in our place.

When you sting our place you not need to rent moter bike for your transport and you not need to pay money for tuk tuk to travel. because all main locations are with in walking distance.

If you stay more than a week, day price given as below,

How do damage deposits work?

If Eranga (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
