Yes you paid 30 euros for 3 weeks for wifi and 15 euros for safe-box as you request thosse services,like any other family.You knew about all thesse supplements before booking as all that information is on the advert and also was given to you with the quote.Not excuse to complain about it later. The apartment that was provided to you is one of the best apartments we have, on the top floor (penthouse) with beautiful views,with new livingroom furniture,new king size bed,new sofas,new blinds,new wardrobe,new whasing machine and fridge-frezzer,new bathroom furniture,etc,etc.Everything only 4 months old at the time you were here. The tiles on the kitchen floor have a crack because some customer probably dropped a glass or something an has marked down, but it is only like some lines as if it were painted with a pencil on the tile. It is impossible to cut yourself,as the surface is still completely smooth,otherwise they would have been repaired.Not a single family has complain on the reviews about this,so,your version is true?. As you understand, the floor tiles are not going to be changed every time a customer accidentally drops something. Where did you cut your foot on the bathroom floor? I guarantee you that is a lie. In the 3 weeks the couple were here every time I came across them, they were completely drunk so maybe you cut your foot somewhere else and you don't remember where. And as for the cooking appliances, surely you don't remember either the condition. If you wanted thicker and larger towels,all you should had done is to request them and they would have been provided to you in 5 minutes. Sometimes children's towels wich are smaller,gets mixed up with the adults ones wich are bigger, perhaps accidentally you were provided with the wrong ones. Out of 14 reviews you leave a bubble,other 11 familys have left a 5 bubbles review wich is the maximun score posible,and 2 familys have left 4 bubble.If i would be the next family try to book after read all reviews,who i sould believe to the other 13 familys wich left the maximun score posible or to yourself what has leave the minimun score posible. The breath of alcohol from your mouth every time I passed near you was terrible. I don't remember having a couple come to the apartments completely drunk every day for 3 weeks.If you would have had a couple less drinks daily would had give you extra money to cover for the air conditioning,and other services you requested.You do have money for alcohol, but don't have money to pay for the services you request. My clients come to have fun, to drink, etc. and it is something that I am not interested in what they do on their holidays, if they want to get drunk every day for me there is no problem, but when they are drunk every day they lie about my apartments and invent accidents then becomes my business. There are no apartments of this size,quality, and services for this price. I guarantee you it that I have well studied the competition for that, so as not to charge my clients more than other properties of the same quality.
