Superb location - situated in the highly popular area of Rincon de Loix, just 600 metres from Levante Beach, this modern town house has everything you need for a memorable holiday. The gated community boasts 3 pools, a tennis court and a children's play area. "The Strip", the centre for Benidorm’s bars and night clubs is just a 15 minute walk away.

The house has been fully refurbished and is fully equipped with WiFi and a 32” LCD television with English, French & Spanish cable TV channels. The house has air conditioning in the lounge as well as in each bedroom. These can be turned into heat mode when staying during the winter months. There is a separate kitchen equipped with a hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, European style coffee maker and a washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board at the property as well as a hair dryer at the property.

There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower upstairs (with constant hot water) and a second toilet downstairs. There is also a patio area equipped with 2 sun loungers, where you can sit outside and relax after a day at the beach.

Bed linen, hand soap and towels provided as well as complimentary tea and coffee sachets.

Benidorm is ideal for children. As well as the excellent beach, there is a direct bus which goes to Aqualandia, Europe’s largest water park. There are also bus links for Mundomar (sea world), Terra Natura (zoo) and Terra Mitica (theme park). A multi-screen Cinema with many English screenings is just behind the complex.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexi (the owner) a message.

If Alexi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
