Comfortable and sunny apartment at fifth floor. It has two bedroom; one with double bed and the other with twin beds. One bathroom, kitchen and living-room with terrace. Situated in the heart of the city. You have all in hand; restaurants, pubs, bar, disco techs, typical Spanish tapas area, shops… Forget the car and enjoy the nights, beaches and all that Benidorm can offer, without the stress of driving.

And only a few meters of some of the best beaches of Mediterranean sea. The only problem you will have is which beach to go.

The kitchen has oven, microwave, kettle, washingmachine, dishwasher, iron, toaster, coffee maker.

The bathroom has hairdryer and all the necessary. The bedrooms have large closet with safe, ceiling fan .and heating .

The living room is sunny and spacious. It has TV with satellite Astra (british channels), DVD, internet wi-fi , and air conditioning.

Big terrace with table and chairs for having a meal or just to enjoy a cup of tea.

Never booked independently so we were very dubious,however Rosa Marie answered all our questions & made us feel at ease from the off.She was there to meet us on our arrival & explained how everything worked.The apartment was so clean & spacious & fully equipped with everything.The Kitchen was short of absolutely nothing & also very spacious. The sofa & chair in the living room was really comfortable.TV had British channels & radio stations. The wifi was extremely fast. The bathroom was perfect & also included a hairdryer. Both bedrooms had plenty of clean fluffy towels & bedding (including dressing gowns & beach towels) The balcony area was more than adequate to eat outside.The air con & radiators were more than adequate.The worst thing about this apartment is we have to wait a whole 10 months before we will be able to use the new kitchen Rosa Marie is having fitted May I take this opportunity to thank you so very much for letting us use your perfect apartment Rosa Marie & looking forward to seeing you later this year Regards Lynda & Mark

Had a wonderful 2 months staying in Rosa's lovely apartment. Rosa was so kind and helpful, and the apartment had everything, even all English tv stations! The location was perfect, everything on doorstep, and the weather in January and February was exceptional.
