King master suite, and queen bed in second bedroom with private bathroom and 3rd bedroom provides a comfortable queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heat, washer and dryer, wifi. Cozy fireplace, large screen TV with cable, nice backyard with patio surrounded with trees. Minutes from Old Mill District and downtown Bend, and Mt. Bachelor is only 20 min away where you can ski,snowboard, cross-country, hike and bike.

We had an excellent experience staying in this home. It was well-appointed, had everything we needed and more, clean, and close to activities and restaurants in town. I would rent this home again.

I am so sorry to hear that and read this kind of review . My house is always clean and spotless, and I even provided a second TV set for the couple that stayed in my place to satisfy their needs. I am truly disappointed to read so negative response to my beautiful house. What that really means too many personal stuff? I am an artist and I paint so I decorated my cozy place with my beautiful paintings and art and photography from all around the world. I am very upset, but the good thing is that so many other people posted fantastic reviews before and every one of them wants to come back again and again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dorota (the owner) a message.

If Dorota (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
