Mas des Chênes is a large 5-bedroom villa, for 1" people, with a very spacious living room, dining room (for 20 people) , a modern kitchen, an outside kitchen and 4 bathrooms. 3 bathrooms are related to the double bedrooms, the 4th bathroom is very spacious and deserves the 2 children bedrooms. One double bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor.

The house is modern, well-equipped with air-conditioning, wifi, a flatscreen (121cm/48"), and 2 stereo installations with bluetooth.

On the shady terrace, with its dining furniture,plancha and BBQ, you can enjoy the stunning view on the vineyards of the Costières de Nimes and amazing sun settings.

The terraces are leading to the first private pool of 9*3.5m with a depth of 1.4m, secured with a rolling shutter and a large area for sunbathing. There is also a cosy corner in the shadow.

Next to the house, there is a large lawned garden with shady corners and lots of space for a game of boules surrounded by truffle oaks. A ping pong table , babyfoot and playground for the children will amuse everyone.
