The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge freezer for those looking to eat-in, whilst just down the road guests have a selection of eateries and restaurants to choose from.

The accessible apartment also features a sunny private balcony with alfresco dining table and chairs.

Situated along ‘Via Libertà’, guests are within easy walking distance from a selection of authentic restaurants, a grocery shop, bus stop and a petrol station. The popular Lido beach club is within a 7 minutes’ stroll away, whilst the sailing school, boat rental service and lakeside bars are all within enviable reach.

The main Ferry stop (which offers links to many popular resorts including Stresa and Verbania) is just 4 minutes’ walk away.

Baveno also offers train links to Milan and further afield to France; making it the perfect choice for explorers and those looking to leave the car at home.

From the lakeside town, guests are just a ferry ride, short bus journey or 8-minute drive away from the famous resort of Stresa. Offering Borromean Island boat trips, an annual Jazz festival, a golf club, cable car rides to the Mottarone and easy access to Villa Pallavicino, the buzzing resort of Stresa is a must-see on Lake Maggiore.

As well as glorious vistas and magical Italianate villas, Lake Maggiore is well-known for its water sport and sailing clubs, its wildlife parks, fine botanical gardens, golf clubs and Swiss Italian Alp ski resorts.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
