Fully fitted beautiful apartment (1100 sqft) with everything you need to make a fantastic holiday just bring a smile. Access to fantastic swimming pool, children pool ,squash & tennis courts all this, just a stroll away from the beach.

My place is close to public transport, parks. You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the light, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The Space

A great opportunity to relax in beautiful surroundings, this air-conditioned and comfortably furnished apartment. Wake up to beautiful morning sunrise with awesome sea view from the master bedroom and enjoy the breeze from the hills. Provides the best value for group travellers or families. Sea and hill view from balcony.

The master bedroom has an en-suite. There is a TV and DVD player with an assortment of DVDs. The kitchen is fully fitted out with all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items. Both bathrooms offer a glass enclosed shower with upgraded fixtures. Free unlimited WiFi is available in the apartment & by both pools and reading area.

There is a convenience store in the complex that stocks the basics.

Rates are INCLUSIVE of water, electricity (with max cap), use of air-conditioning and bedlinen. Details please refer to 'House Rules'. For more than 2 weeks stay, we would like to offer you pro-rated monthly rate. Kindly contact host for discount.

The condo is known for its peacefulness, well-maintain and huge swimming pool. It is famous for “Malaysia Second Home (MM2H)”. The buildings surround the swimming pool and sundeck. Lush, tropical landscaping abounds. Other facilities including jacuzzi, children pool with slide, playground, gym, tennis courts, table tennis, squash, sauna, barbecue area, 24 hours security, garden & deck chairs, shaded private parking lot. Comfortable reading and meeting areas next to the small pool.

The beautiful pool is a great place to spend the day. You’ll be right across the street from the beach, a short 5-8 minutes stroll puts you in the warm, blue-green waters and white sand beaches of the Batu Feringghi.

Other things to note

This is a self-cater home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask! There is a small convenience shop in the complex selling groceries and food.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for information and assistance during your stay. We would be glad to consider full-filling your requirement even though it is not within our list as long as we think it is a reasonable request. It's part of my job to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Please let me know your check in times soon after you book, for planning ease. I'm generally flexible with check-in and check-out times but if there is a back-to-back booking, then do note that the standard 12pm check out time and 4pm check in will apply.

“Perfect for a relaxing holiday”

From the very beginning of booking Sharon was so helpful - answering all questions promptly and with great attention to detail. Check in was seamless and easy with a code for the key box. We have stayed at Miami Green before, so were familiar with the set up and geography. We had a great view of the pool and the sea. The kitchen facilities were excellent for simple cooking with lots of pots and pans and utensils. The washing machine was great (and detergent was provided). Obviously in a place like Penang you don't want to do much cooking as the food out is so good and cheap, but it's a quick Grab car ride to Tesco, or Cold Storage at Gurney Plaza, if you do want to cook. We did pasta and sauce a couple of times, and a stir fry, plus some marinated chicken cooked in the toaster oven, with a side salad. Good fridge freezer, too. Beds a little firm, though my sister found some good pillows in the cupboard. Plenty of hot water for showers and everywhere was lovely and clean. Really enjoyed sitting on the veranda looking out at the sea - and chilling out by the lovely pool. Wish we'd stayed twice as long. And once again, cannot speak too highly of our hostess, Sharon, who was unobtrusive but always available.

How do damage deposits work?
