Fully fitted beautiful apartment (1100 sqft) with everything you need to make a fantastic holiday just bring a smile. Access to fantastic swimming pool, children pool ,squash & tennis courts all this, just a stroll away from the beach.

My place is close to public transport, parks. You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the light, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A great opportunity to relax in beautiful surroundings, this air-conditioned and comfortably furnished apartment. Wake up to beautiful morning sunrise with awesome sea view from the master bedroom and enjoy the breeze from the hills. Provides the best value for group travellers or families. Sea and hill view from balcony.

The master bedroom has an en-suite. There is a TV and DVD player with an assortment of DVDs. The kitchen is fully fitted out with all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items. Both bathrooms offer a glass enclosed shower with upgraded fixtures. Free unlimited WiFi is available in the apartment & by both pools and reading area.

There is a convenience store in the complex that stocks the basics.

Rates are INCLUSIVE of water, electricity (with max cap), use of air-conditioning and bedlinen. Details please refer to 'House Rules'. For more than 2 weeks stay, we would like to offer you pro-rated monthly rate. Kindly contact host for discount.

The condo is known for its peacefulness, well-maintain and huge swimming pool. It is famous for “Malaysia Second Home (MM2H)”. The buildings surround the swimming pool and sundeck. Lush, tropical landscaping abounds. Other facilities including jacuzzi, children pool with slide, playground, gym, tennis courts, table tennis, squash, sauna, barbecue area, 24 hours security, garden & deck chairs, shaded private parking lot. Comfortable reading and meeting areas next to the small pool.

The beautiful pool is a great place to spend the day. You’ll be right across the street from the beach, a short 5-8 minutes stroll puts you in the warm, blue-green waters and white sand beaches of the Batu Feringghi.

Other things to note

This is a self-cater home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask! There is a small convenience shop in the complex selling groceries and food.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
