From the owner

Brand New for this year!! The apartment is on the 2nd and third floors of a traditional Provençal house. A double bedded and a twin bedded room with a shower room/toilet are on the second floor. The top floor (which is always flooded with light) has a sitting area with an open plan kitchen, cloakroom (toilet) and a balcony shaded by trees. Our house is opposite the Mayor's office and fountain and is just a few hundred yards from the Boulangerie, restaurants, butchers and mini supermarket, Proxi. The quality of food in Proxi is excellent and it isnt necessary to leave the village at all!!! The market is every thursday morning in Place St. Etienne which again is just a few hundred yards away. The village swimming pool is open in July and August and again is just a few hundred yards away. Canyon du Verdun is north. Frejus is our nearest beach. There is so much to do and visit. Bargemon is a village with an active village life but it is just a step away to the countryside. We have visited Bargemon for the last 36 years and have owned our house for 20 years and have spent the last few years renovating the 2nd and 3rd floors to a very high spec and it is a fantastic holiday apartment for people who like us love being in a vibrant village but in a delightful rural area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol (the owner) a message.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
