For lovers of the mountain, architect villa located in the beautiful valley of the Ubaye at 10 minutes from Barcelonnette and 15 minutes from the ski resorts (PRA LOUP, LE SAUZE). Large living kitchen 60 m2 opening on suspended terrace. In garden apartment, 4 rooms which 2 with shower to Italian, all rooms opening onto a terrace with deck-chairs, a bathroom and 3 WC separated. Beautiful view on the mountains and pastures, screw in screws. You can enjoy the calm and silence for you rest or go hiking (GR 56) at the bottom of the House and make the bike and many other sports activities offered by the Ubaye Valley. It is a holiday home which sees many friends and which is also very well suitable for children who can live in freedom and in peace.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laurent (the owner) a message.

If Laurent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
