Sunny apartment with terrace in the new famous district of Poble Sec.

Welcome in this big studio with a stunning terrace. Perfect for two adults and one child.

The apartment is composed of an open space with a double sofa bed and one single bed. There is a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix. You will enjoy the nice furniture and recently renovated wooden parquet.

From the salon you will have a direct access to the terrace with a Greek inspirations. No better place to enjoy a nice sangria looking at the Montjuic views after a day sightseeing.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your meals. One bathroom with shower.

There is a Wifi connection and air conditioning in the salon.

Poble Sec is the new famous district of Barcelona.

Just 15 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunia, 10 minutes from the Rambla and very close by Montjuic.

You will find plenty of restaurants and bars. One of the most famous street is Carrer Blai with numerous tapas restaurants.

If you plan to go out, you are just 5 minutes walking from one of the best disco of Barcelona, Sala Apolo.

The nearest metro station is down the street, Paral-lel station.

Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
