L'appartement est bien approvisionné avec des cartes de Barcelone ainsi que des guides y compris le cool: un guide amusant et merveilleux de Barcelone, qui offre une expérience unique et inattendue de la ville.

Le Duplex est spacieux, confortable, lumineux et ensoleillé. Il dispose de trois chambres: une chambre double avec salle de bains (en suite), une deuxième chambre double, et une troisième chambre simple avec une deuxième salle de bains avec douche. La cuisine complète et très bien équipée avec tous les détails. Le salon / salle à manger accueillant, confortable et lumineux avec accès à une belle terrasse idéale pour petits déjeuners et dîners à la lumière d´une chandelle.

Ce charmant appartement /penthouse est situé dans un quartier typique de Barcelone, traditionnel et calme. Avec cet emplacement, vous pouvez échapper au bruit de la foule et profiter des équipements d´un quartier local et de nuits reposantes. La ville et ses nombreuses attractions sont à un court et facile trajet en métro.

Avec trois chambres (deux doubles et une simple), deux salles de bains, une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée, et une terrasse spacieuse, l'appartement est parfait pour un couple ou une famille entière. Les chambres lumineuses et spacieuses de l'appartement sont décorées avec goût et antiquités de Barcelone. La grande terrasse ouverte est l'un des plus gros tirages de l'appartement. C´ est l'endroit parfait pour une tasse de café le matin, une sieste, un après-midi de détente après une longue journée de visites, ou un dîner aux chandelles. La cuisine est équipée d'un grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, et approvisionné avec des ingrédients de cuisine de base et des fournitures de cuisine.

À la porte de ce charmant appartement vous avez une utile petite épicerie de 24 heures. Autour de l'appartement il ya un certain nombre de bars, restaurants, boulangerie (presqu´en face, pain et croissants chauds chaque matin) et même une cocktellerie qui sont loin d´être touristiques, où l'on peut se mêler avec les résidents locaux, jouir de la bonne qualité et les bon prix.

Depuis la station de métro (moins de 50mts de l'appartement), Barcelone est à votre portée. La céntrale Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas, le Paseo de Gracia, El Barrio Gótico sont un simple trajet de quince minutes. Si vous aimez la marche, la célèbre église de la Sagrada Familia de Gaudi est à environ 30 minutes à pied de l'appartement.

This delightful penthouse apartment is located in a peaceful, traditional Barcelona neighborhood. With this location, you can escape the noise and crowds and enjoy the amenities of local neighborhood as well as a quiet, restful night’s sleep. The city and its many attractions are a short, easy subway ride. With three bedrooms (one single and two doubles), two bathrooms, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace, the apartment is perfect for a couple or a family of up to five .

The apartment's bright and airy rooms are tastefully decorated with elegant antiques from Barcelona's market. The large open terrace is one of the biggest draws of the apartment. It is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee, a relaxing nap in the afternoon after a long day of sightseeing, or a candle-lit dinner. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and stocked with basic cooking ingredients and kitchen supplies. At the doorstep of this lovely apartment is a small 24-hour convenience shop. Within the few blocks surrounding the apartment are a number of bars, restaurants, and shops which are far from touristy, and one can mingle with local residents.

From the subway stop( less than 50mts from the apartment), Barcelona is at your fingertips. The central Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas, Paseo de Grácia, El Barrio Gótico are a mere fifteen minute ride away. . If you enjoy walking, Antoni Gaudi’s famous Sagrada Familia church is about a 30 minute walk from the apartment.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by your host , who will introduce you to the apartment and help you to plan for your stay in Barcelona. The apartment is well-stocked with maps of Barcelona as well as guidebooks including lecool: a weird and wonderful guide to Barcelona which offers a unique and unexpected experience of the city.

Dispone de una habitación de matrimonio con baño (tipo suite), y otras dos habitaciones individuales, una con cama doble y un segundo cuarto de baño con ducha completo. Un salón/comedor acogedor, cómodo y muy luminoso con acceso a una amplia terraza muy agradable ideal para unos desayunos soleados y cenas a la luz de los candiles. Buenos restaurantes y bares a proximidad, supermercado a pie del inmueble, cockteleria con encanto y jardines para pasar buenos ratos a la vuelta de la esquina. Barrio tranquilo y seguro. How do damage deposits work?

If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
