This historic area is home to many cultural landmarks including the city’s Cathedral, a magnificent example of the Gothic architecture.

Our location is only a step from all the unique mix of independent shops, great restaurants and bars in down town Barcelona and a short stroll from the prestigious Passeig de Gracia, where many leading international luxury brands, from Louis Vuitton and Prada to Chanel, have flagship stores.

Due to the close proximity to Plaça Catalunya, public transport links are excellent. There are various bus, metro and train (FGC) services as well as national and international Renfe train lines available. Local amenities are on your doorstep and the beaches of Barceloneta and the recently refurbished luxury Marina Port Vell are just a 15 minute walk away.

The apartment boasts high ceilings and has been sensitively designed combining new technology with original early 19th century features. this is reflected in the materials used and the exceptionally high quality finishes, including a fully equipped santos kitchen with Smeg appliances (Oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer) and white Zeus silestone contertop and splashback.

La Nonna es un apartamento encantador de 1 dormitorio situado en El Gotic a pocos minutos de las famosas Ramblas y Via Laietana. Esta zona es conocida por su arquitectura, animados bares, restaurantes y cafeterías.

La casa ha sido completamente renovada recientemente. Tiene un plan de piso abierto que integra una cocina totalmente equipada Santos con electrodomésticos Smeg (horno, placa de inducción, microondas, nevera-congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora con secadora) y una cómoda sala de estar con sofá-cama y un televisor de pantalla plana. El salón se abre al balcón donde puedes disfrutar de una buena taza de café y las vistas sobre las calles estrechas del Gotic.

La Nonna cuenta con un dormitorio doble con cama de matrimonio, así como con aire acondicionado y espacio de almacenamiento. El dormitorio está conectado al baño de mármol Carrara, decorado con gusto y equipado con una ducha de lluvia y lavabo individual.

Rodeado de historia y ambiente vibrante, se sentirá como en casa en este precioso apartamento situado en una zona privilegiada en el Barrio Gótico de Barcelona. Esta zona histórica es el hogar de muchos monumentos culturales, incluyendo la catedral de la ciudad, un magnífico ejemplo de la arquitectura gótica.
