An exclusive apartment, a manor building, in a privileged environment.

Live the authentic Barcelona staying in a luxury and unique historic apartment.

From the balconies of its sixth floor, you will enjoy the magnificent views of Casa Batlló and Paseo de Gracia, the most emblematic avenue of Barcelona. You will stay in what is said to be the best block of the city.

A HOME WITH HISTORY

Buenaventura Conill i Montobbio, modernista architect, disciple and a close friend of Gaudí, built this building to live with his family and see every day the work of his teacher. Thanks to Buenaventura grandfather, we have had our home in an unique building with plenty of history.

The apartment, 220m2 keeps the original moldings but it is being renovated with all the comforts. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a spacious kitchen-dining room. The main living room is sunny and spacious, it has two balconies overlooking the Paseo de Gracia and the “Manzana de la Discordia” where it is the Casa Batlló and other flagship buildings of the Modernism: Casa Amatller and Casa LLèo i Morera. The apartment is fully equipped.

In the building there are two lifts and two doormen, one during the day (9am-1pm/ 4pm-7pm) and another one during the night.(11pm/5am). They control that all guests that stay in the apartments respect the rules of the building. You will be in a luxury building and your safety and wellness is a priority for us.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

We can provide a personal concierge service that can help you to enjoy your stay/visit. They can organize transfers from/to the airport, buy tickets, organize tours or visits.. whatever you need.

THE DISTRICT The district is incomparable. Staying in the center of Barcelona means that you can walk to the main places of interest. Moreover, just a few steps from the house you have a metro and a railway station, a stop of several buses and a taxi rank. And if you want to rent a car there is a car park just outside the building with AVIS service. Staying here you can enjoy having the landmark buildings of Modernism, the luxury shops: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel ..... and the most famous tapas or Michelin stars restaurants, all in the same street. Moreover you will find all the comforts of a friendly neighborhood: traditional market, supermarkets, small shops, coffe shops and charming restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
