Pase del 27-12-16 al 02-01-17, éramos 7 adultos. Un apartamento que la capacidad real es de 5 personas, porque los altillos que tiene una persona adulta no cabe. Cuando entramos no se hab&iacut… More

Hemos tenido un mal momento con esta clienta ... Llegó al apart. y por ,supongo prisas,de las fechas ( fin de año), la agencia de limpieza se dejó por hacer una habitación,cosa que molesto muchísimo a la clienta pero que la agencia en media hora remedio y se ofreció para al día siguiente y con buena luz,repasar todo lo que la clienta pudiera creer no estar correcto, a lo cual se negó porque dijo que no quería que entrara nadie por tener allí objetos personales,que no se fiaba....(raro, porque me comentó que ella también tenia apart. en alquiler) .Los pequeños problemas si se pueden solucionar dejan de ser un problema,no?. En fin,siento que estos Sres. se molestaran pero me sabe peor que no accedieran a que se tratara el fallo de manera fácil y correctamente . Se cebaron con el tema diciendo que no podrían cenar en el apart. y les costaría un dinero y que el error merecería una indemnización etc. Ah ! Por cierto ... Antes de que llegara nos habíamos hablado por teléfono y le informe de como era la cocina ( eléctrica de dos fogones grandes,tipo turístico, no para cocinar allí como en casa). Cosa que no le supuso para nada un inconveniente en aquel momento ... No subía al Valle a cocinar me comentó. No es verdad que la bañera no desaguaba y si es cierto que en en Valle hay algunos días,hay moscas,que no se cual es la causa,pero nadie acusa a un propietario por ello . No son de su propiedad. Resultado,dejaron el apart. en un estado deplorable ... No es para nada una clienta recomendable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ramon (the owner) a message.

If Ramon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
