It is a convenient touring base minutes from the N78/M9, 5 miles from the heritage town of Athy and 15 miles from the market town of Carlow. It's prime location enables arrival in Waterford in 1.5hours, Limerick or Galway in 2 hours and Belfast in 2.5 hours. Comfortably furnished throughout within landscaped grounds, the house is an excellent get-together surrounded by some of the best golf courses in Ireland, the Irish National Stud and Hunt Museum, Horseracing venues, fishing, Newbridge cutlery display rooms and outlet shopping centre.Shop 3 miles. Pub 1.5 miles. Restaurant 5 miles. Beach 52 miles.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
