Mas classified furnished tourism 4 stars, adjoining owners, shaded garden of 2000m2. very calm. Private pool heated from late March to late October (on request for the rest of the year) mobile veranda, priority tenants of the cottage (the owners use a maximum of 2 times 10 minutes per day when tenants are absent or not do not use). Decreasing rates according to the duration, and depending on the number of people: contact us (reduced rate for less than 6 people) or type "masballot" in your search engine. Sheets (14 euro per bed per week), towels (7 euro per person per week) are optional and must be paid on arrival Discounts applicable outside the last week of July and first 3 weeks of August: - 10% for 2 weeks, -15% for 3, plus 5% additional discount for '1st minute' bookings (bookings of at least 2 weeks made more than 4 months before the beginning of the stay). 10% discount on stays last minutes (reserved less than a week before the start of the stay) Arrival day indifferent, but in July August: advised Sunday to Sunday to avoid the influx of Saturdays on the roads. Free broadband internet access. Provision of a computer. Owners: The owners live on site, you will indicate the places to visit, restaurants to discover, and answer your questions and so on, while being discreet to respect your tranquility. The owner is president of an association of amateur astronomers and will be happy to show you the iridium satellites and the international station if they spend the evening during your stay, he can make you discover the constellations, possibly by telescope. If you are there for Christmas, he can also turn into Santa Claus to bring to the children the gifts provided by the parents.

We stayed 10 days with Dany and Claude at Mas Ballot. The home was absolutely beautiful, full of antique furniture and all of the classic touches of home. They operate a horse farm where there are ponies and Clydesdale horses. We had never seen blue eyes on these animals before and it was quite an experience. The location was within an hours drive from many great locations in France, so we were able to visit Roman ruins and shop to our hearts delight and return back daily with little effort. Each night we had wine and sat at the fireplace...unforgettable! We HIGHLY recommend this location for couples all the way up to large families. We also had the opportunity to meet their daughters, who were both so sweet, and see the arrival of two new ponies! If we are ever back in France this is where we will stay! Thanks so much Dany and Claude for the amazing stay and your hospitality along the way.

We have a fig tree and give a small pot of jam to every host, so they can taste fig even when there are not on the tree.

How do damage deposits work?
