Red parrot beach villa, built in 2007, has been completely renovated in 2014 in the "fusion spirit" of parrot villas, western design with use of local resources and know-how, polished concrete and woodwork (Ambalangoda is the place for antiques in the island), decoration carefully selected from traditional everyday objects. Both rooms are air-conditioned. In the largest one, a king-size bed (180x200 cm) will screen shelter your nights. Storages and office area for your comfort. Under its broad net, the second bedroom offers a flexible space to suit your needs: a simple bed or two single beds separated or close together to form a king size bed. Storage space is cleverly integrated throughout with large drawers beneath the beds. The living room offers additional storage. The bathroom, all in polished concrete is equipped with solar hot water. Bed linen and towels are European quality. In the living room you find a desk, a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen (2 gas burners, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker ...), so you can cook if you don't need our food service. Dishes and cutlery are provided for 6 people. The 4Gbps wireless internet is free. A speaker system is waiting for your iPod or other MP3 player. The living room opens onto the veranda, ideal to be lulled by the waves of the Ocean, and romantic meals. Red parrot Beach villa is located at Urawatta, on a sandy beach lined with coconut trees, 1 km from Ambalangoda, bordering the Indian Ocean and its wild beauty. An ideal place for relaxing and energizing, where Sudath, our manager and his team will have the pleasure to welcome you. Ambalangoda is a typical small and lovely town, perfect to go in search of local life and people smiles. At walking distance or tuk-tuk distance, the markets, the shops and supermarkets of Ambalangoda will allow you to do your shopping and find local products. The house is on a west oriented secluded beach though not so far from the city Rental of the house includes : An everyday maid service for breakfast, housekeeping and laundry is included and cooking if you want. We can organize transfer from airport or elsewhere. Sudath, our manager will help you in any question or any needs and will do his best for perfect vacations. You can call him anytime. He can arrange any excursions around, but also for beer and local transportation. A perfect guy. Local phone calls Free wireless internet service. Hot water shower The house The construction is brand new with antiques windows and doors. A lot of concrete shelves in the bathroom, the kitchen, and the main room are at your disposal. There is a telephone for your local calls and you can buy a card for international ones. Wireless internet broadband is included.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sudath (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
