A seulement 5 km d'Aléria (Commerces) et 7 km des plages, nous sommes sur une propriété de 8 hectares en bordure du lac de Teppe Rosse (70 hectares), en pleine nature. L'accès se fait par une route goudronnée privée, parking à côté des gîtes. L'accès au lac se fait par un petit sentier, les gîtes ne sont pas à proximité immédiate du lac, pas de risque pour les enfants. Table de Ping-Pong, Badminton et boules de pétanque à disposition.
Pour 3 personnes, une chambre avec un lit en 140 et une chambre (cabine) avec 2 lits superposés en 90, salle à manger, télévision LCD, salle d'eau/WC, coin cuisine avec réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, plaques de cuisson, lave-linge, aspirateur, fer et planche à repasser, produits d'entretien fournis ... Nous sommes à 35 minutes de Corte, une heure de Bastia et une heure de Porto-Vecchio. La région est idéale pour visiter la Corse ou se prélasser sur des plages de sable fin, en toute tranquillité, même en été.
