From the owner

Fabulous one bedroom apartment with beautiful views of the Sierra Helada mountain from the living area, bedroom and terraces, close to the centre of Albir and is on the flat with no hills to climb. The apartment is above a villa that is lived in by the owners but has its own security entrance and is very private. Their is a WIFI internet connection a smart TV with English channels. The kitchen has a fan assisted oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in both the open plan living area and bedroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a LED bluetooth mirror that allows you to play music whilst showering. Discounts available for longer than a weeks let please contact for further information.

Their is a terrace to the front of apartment also a lower terrace with a table and chairs and a spiral staircase that leads up to a very large roof terrace with sunbeds and a king size calle bed for sunbathing and gazebo with lovely seating area. Guests also have use of an outdoor swimming pool (April-November). Their is also a pool table which is available for guests to use on the ground floor.

Why can't I call Deborah (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Deborah (the owner) a message.

If Deborah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
