This appartment is located in a beautiful and peaceful side of Albir, at the foothills of the Serra Gelada Mountains, with a very large and permanent community of expats. Quiet location close 1,4 km (1 mile) from the beach, and just 4 km (3 miles) away there is the lively city of Benidorm. Bus stop to Benidorm and Altea as close as 200 meters.

This apartment is within a short stroll of all the town's amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants pubs, boutiques, shops, medical services, car rental services, etc…

The very bright, modern and spacious accommodation consists of: a bedroom with double bed, with sliding doors giving access to a small balcony: well proportioned lounge/dining room with storage cupboard giving to a second and larger balcony, with a 37'' LCD TV; fully fitted and equipped kitchen with granite worktops, kitchenware, glass-ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave; bathroom with double washbasin; and separate utility room with washing machine.

The apartment is located in an enclosed and safe area with access for residents only.

The communal facilities include a communal pool with a children's area in a courtyard setting and enhanced with Mediterranean landscaping and garden and pool night-time illumination, and a large terrace for sunbathing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EUGENIO (the owner) a message.

If EUGENIO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
