A stunningly different, unique, award winning villa, a beautiful conversion of ancient bakeries and stables, set in real Greece, in olive country, on the Aegean coast near many beaches. Private grounds and gardens, 5 bedrooms, large farmhouse kitchen, huge living room plus 2 further living areas, 3 baths, private pool.

Very spacious, in a stunning private setting of just under 1 acre of grounds. One of Greece's best vineyards is just minutes away. Ancient Greece is all around you. A choice of Aegean beaches, the great day and nightlife of Rahes seaside resort, and inspiring sightseeing at Meteora, Delphi, and Pelion.

Enough space for large groups to live comfortably, with privacy, and complete safety for kids. The pool is set among protected original stones and walling dating back to 300AD. Village shops (bakery, butcher, mini market, garage) and a kids playground are a 4 minute walk away. Beach side cafes, bars, tavernas, tennis, beach volley and sailing are just 5 minutes drive. We also arrange dancing and dining within the villa, sailing, and other activities.

You're staying in a rural Greek village setting, so we ask guests to respect their neighbour's privacy and for noise, especially during afternoon siesta and after midnight. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio, poolside and gardens.

Our permission is needed before you allow additional stay-over guests in the house that exceed the original booking number on the contract.

Why can't I call Michael (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
