“Absolutely Love This Place!” I recently returned from my third stay at Casa Tres Palmas and I cannot say enough good things about my experiences. The first two times I went with family and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The third time, I went with a larger group of friends (young adult age) and we had a great time as well. The house is very accomodating, and one of the things that sets it apart from other rentals is that the house retains all the accomodations of home in a lush tropical setting. The house itself is spacious and clean. In my opinion, the pool is the best feauture of the house - perfect after a morning of ziplining or a quick dip after dinner. I cannot say enough good things about Tom, the house manager. He is incredibly kind and accomodating. Having Tom guide you through your vacation makes for a truly memorable experience. He has great relationships with the local businesses and will steer you in the direction of great tours and outings that all are sure to enjoy. The house itself is in a great location, nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood between Manuel antonio Beach and Quepos. Every time I have gone, I have relied on the bus and the occasional taxi for transportation. The bus comes frequently and is easy to use, not to mention affordable. I really enjoy staying at Casa Tres Palmas and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic home to host your next vacation.

“First Class” If you think the pictures capture how beautiful this villa is, wait until you stay here. The Sunsets were amazing. We saw monkeys, birds, fireflies and so much more. Villa Paradiso is amazing. We had a party of six and never were in each others way. Will go back as soon as I can.

“What a value!” Thierry, the host is a wonderful guy. He met me at the Quepos airport and proved to be a wonderful host the whole time I was there. He gave me great advice on what to see and where to eat. He even was nice enough to give me a ride back to the airport on the day I was leaving. (he even made a 2nd trip out and brought an article of clothing I left behind) The jungle that he backs up to will make you feel a sense of isolation and relaxation that I couldn't match. Combined with the rain I slept so great. This place made for a nice memory of my trip. If you are lucky you might see some monkeys, a sloth, or a toucan from the back deck.

“Third time's a charm!” This was my third visit to Costa Rica and I'd have to say it was fabulous! When Randy met us at the highway he said the ride in will be interesting, but you'll see when you get to the house . . . and he was right! Jaws dropped, kids squealed with excitement and that was just the beginning! Sleep with the doors open and no screens! No need for air conditioning. Beautiful weather and wonderful people on the mountain truly made this a paradise. Kids could saddle a horse any time and go for a ride. Explore the hillsides and mountain streams, swim in the cool and refreshing fresh water. Make sure you grab lots of food and drink before you head up the mountain, because once you get there, you won't want to leave. It's truly an extraordinary piece of this Earth!

“Great Rental for a Large Group” Our group had 5 couples and Villa Grande had more than enough space for everyone. The five rooms ensured each couple had their own private space. On top of that there were lots of places to hang out as a group. We hung out by the pool a few times, the living room when we wanted to just relax, and we even hung out on the top floor where there is a BBQ and a large table.

“The Ultimate Honeymoon” The Light of Dawn is everything and more of what we had expected. The pictures do not do justice! From the hospitality of Pete and Deborah, to the amazing views of the rainforest, to the absolute delicious and outstanding meals prepared from Edgar (along with his "surprises"), to the sweetness of Clara, and to the mornings of waking up to the howling monkeys, we are already desperately wanting to return. This was the most perfect honeymoon! We were able to have our private tours on the property, two days of excursions where we chose Zip-lining and Horseback riding. Although September is considered a winter month, we certainly lucked out with our tours as they ended up being private with only us two as reservations! Excursions were done in the morning, so upon returning home, we were able to relax to electrifying thunder and lightning storms. For the last two nights of our honeymoon, we chose to stay at the beach. The hotel was a stylish boutique hotel with friendly staff members. The area was nice too as we were able to experience more of the "town" culture of the Manuel Antonio Area. Not was our house stocked with snacks, beverages and goodies, but the same treats came along for our hotel stay at the beach! Pete, Deborah, Edgar and Clara were so wonderful in taking good care of us, we hope they have as great of a memory of us as we do them! xoxo, we hope to see you soon, Kristy and Jim
