“Princeville paradise” I had the pleasure of staying in this property in Dec. 2013. the condo was very centrally located to everything I had planned including; Queens Bath, Hanalei Bay, Na'pali coast and Kapa'a. I had everything I needed during my 10 day stay (except laundry detergent and glass cleaner). The unit was exceptionally clean and the views were stunning! Thanks Garden Island Properties!

“Wonderful rental for families!” We had an amazing time in Kauai! The condo was beautiful and functioned well for our family of 5. The view from the kitchen, lanai and living room was fantastic. We enjoyed the convenience of making a lot of our meals there or Bbqing at one of the several Bbqs on the property. The condo was very quiet--eventhough we had neighbors on both sides and below us--we never heard them. There were a lot of personal touches throughout the condo that made it feel very 'homey'. It was stocked well with Dvds (a lot that were filmed in Kauai) and books that we enjoyed. There were beach chairs and sand toys for us to use which was nice. The chairs are old though (and one was broken) but still usable. We did purchase a nice beach umbrella from Costco to use while we were there (I highly recommend using) and we added that to the 'beach closet'. The property itself had a beautiful swimming pool and clubhouse; tennis courts; putting green. All in all, it is a fabulous place to stay and great value! We hope to visit again in the future!

“Wonderful Spot in Princeville” I loved this condo. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and the closet had boogie boards and snorkels among other beach items. I gave it an overall 5 stars because it has been well maintained and the location is amazing. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars for the condition/cleanliness because when we got there it looked like the cleaning person forgot to finish putting away the towels. There were unfolded towels left on the bed which looked clean so we put them away. Also some of the white hand towels looked dirty and should be changed out with new towels. There were crumbs on the sofa, too. Unfortunately the dishwasher was out of commission but we were given a small credit which was nice. The balcony had small ants which was OK with us and I'm not sure if this happens year round - this was the first time we traveled to Hawaii in the summer. We just ignored them but we never were barefoot on the deck. Overall, however, we would stay here again because everything else was spotless. The views were breath taking and the sounds of the waves would literally sometimes be too loud that we closed the sliding doors at night so we could sleep! The condo had no A/C but that was never a problem. The fans worked well although the dining room fan should be changed since it went too slow so the air didn't circulate as well in the dining area. The climb down to the beach was tricky so keep at least one hand free. The first time down, we carried way too much stuff. The location is great for hiking the Kalalau Trail which we did on a rainy day (not recommended). The trail was super slippery and our white socks are permanently red/brown from the red clay ground (maybe how some of the white towels got dirty). This condo was perfect for our family of 4 plus my mom who joined us. It was roomy and comfortable and the views were beautiful.

“Pale Ke Kua, #118” Each time I called the property mangagement company at the facility I was assisted by Matt who could not answer my questions, not even "how do I get down to the beach" and "how do I get to the beach at the St Regis". Pale Ke Kua #118 is a great location but the furniture is in need of replacement, it is falling apart(floor lamp and coffee table). The walls in the bedroom are in need of paint and the dishwasher does not clean the dishes. I saw where a previous visitor commented on the furniture as well and the response was that the furniture was purchased in 2008, if it was it has not held up well.

“View, location excellent, unit needs update.” We cooked many meals, bed comfortable, balcony view is THE REASON we have stayed in PKK 204 four times! But unit needs updating, new carpet needed, and heavy, awkward shower doors should be REPLACED (dangerous!). Well-equipped kitchen and beach stuff. We will be back!
