“Fantastic Apartment in Excellent Location” The apartment is really well equipped, so comfortable and has a fantastic swimming pool. We just loved sitting on the balcony in the evening looking up to the Peyia hills with a glass or two of wine. The apartment is so close to all the facilities of the village you can walk in a few minutes.. Coral Bay is a few minutes away by car. If like us you love the beach then once again this is the perfect location for fantastic holiday.

“Beautiful terrace and nice apartment” Very clean, well-furnished apartment with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea in the distance. There was lots of helpful assistance (books, pamphlets, maps, etc.) in the apartment to help us get around. The owner was very helpful with leaving us a cot for our 3-month-old infant and the other buildings around the complex are very nice. It was too cold to use the pool in Feb. but it looked great to use at other times. Communication was all very clear--including a welcome packet with good directions. We were able to cook full meals in the kitchen and do laundry (very helpful with an infant!). The apartment was a bit cold at night in February. There were heaters provided that did help, but we were chilly at night sometimes. The mattresses are described as "luxury" but really are standard (at best). Definitely rent a car for your time at this property--it would be a bit of a walk (uphill and down) to get to shops and lug groceries, etc.

“Another great stay at Villa Marina” We have just come home from our second stay at the wonderful villa Marina and it was just as perfect as we remembered. As before, Marina made the whole process so easy and was amazingly helpful with all our enquiries. The villa really does have a 'home from home' feel with everything we needed to help make a holiday with two young as easy as possible. Our 4 year old loved being in the pool every day and the grass area, which is so beautiful and unique, was great with a 7 month old. The location is just ideal being over the road to Corallia Beach and within easy access to local restaurants and Coral Bay - you really couldn't wish for more. The property managers, Barry and Elaine, were fantastic and were really responsive and helpful with any questions. Thank you for all the little touches, we look forward to our next visit.

“a perfect spot” We traveled from the Netherlands via Germany too Larnaca.We traveld bij car on perfect brand new highways to Peyia.The accomodation was easy to find ,and located in a quite surrounding. The house and garden and equipment was perfect. Only the best way of travelling from the house is by car. Thanks for a nice holiday

“Enjoyed it so much we returned for a second year..” Chez Max is a superb villa located up the side of a rather large hill overlooking Peyia.. Being on the western end of the island it is well positioned for those wanting to explore the national park including turtle bay. This is our second time back with the same set of friends and our small cluster of children. We all wanted to return to Chez Max for a number of reasons; the accommodation is to a high standard and the pictures really do provide an honest reflection of what it's like. The view from the pool and house is captivating both day and night. There are three master bedrooms with on suite on the top floor all of which are kitted out well. And a further double room on the main floor with a bathroom next door. The entire house has air conditioning (vital!). Jo, who manages the villa, has always been helpful and welcomed feedback. The first time we went the wifi was down, when we advised her it was sorted straight away, thus enabling us to stream SoundCloud to our (own) blue tooth speaks outside.. both times we stayed a chap came to clean the pool and we were also visited by a lovely lady who cares for the villa and made sure we we were all ok. Whilst there are other villas around we were never aware of any noise.. In fact the most striking memory was at night, sitting outside, looking at the enormous view and twinkling lights stretching off in the vista below with a complete absence of sound.
