“Best Villa I have stayed at in last ten years.” An excellent villa, very spacious with lots of room inside and out, a big playground for the grand kids fully equipped. A decent sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. A large covered patio for outside dining overlooking the pool. The only drawback some may say is that it is a little remote so a car is essential as there is nowhere that is in walking distance of the villa, for us this is a bonus as it is very quiet and laid back.

“Fabulous holiday in perfect villa with wonderful Cypriot surroundings! Highly recommended!” Perfect villa with fabulous pool area ! If you want to explore the wonderful area but not want to stay in the touristy area of Paphos then come here! Yianna and Lambrous are amazing hosts and we were fortunate to meet their lovely family too!Their parents gave us fresh fruit such as figs and grapes throughout our stay and even made us traditional Cypriot coffee!!A welcome supper was awaiting us when we arrived at midnight and we even shared a lunch with the family on our last day! The villa is well equipped and the pool and BBQ area ideal for a family holiday. Everywhere is easily accessible in a car-beaches,lagoons,supermarkets, restaurants,and tourist attractions!

“Great stay in Coral Bay” I stayed at Villa Iliana with my two children, plus 6 other family members. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. See below advantages and a few minor disadvantages: + George who manages the villa is friendly and accommodating. He organised the transfer from the airport for us and it was punctual and reliable (so much so that we used them again throughout our stay to go and visit other attractions). The villa has a great pool, it is warm and a decent enough size for all 9 of us to be in there at once (including inflatables). George also comes by every morning to clean the pool and the patio. The location is perfect, it is a 5 minute walk to a supermarket that literally stocks everything (they also give you a free ride back with your shopping). You are also a 10 minute walk to the strip and the beach or you can cut across a dirt track and be there in 5 minutes. There is a lovely master suite which leads onto a roof terrace with decent views; the other rooms are good enough but the other couples did think that the doubles rooms could have been larger. The villa is well equipped with plates, cutlery etc and George made sure there was a cot and highchair in place for when we arrived. - The negative points really are minor and didn't have a huge impact on our holiday but nether the less i think are worth mentioning. The dishwasher is a tiny counter top one which means that if you are planning on cooking and eating as a family you will be constantly doing washing up. The air conditioning in one of the rooms leaked significantly but once I told George he called an engineer who fixed it the next day (this was fine but we did pay €5 a day for A/C per room so I expected it to be more reliable). The wifi can be unpredictable and therefore the TV can also be a bit dodgy- not life and death but certainly annoying when you have 3 teenagers who are desperate to catch up on their social media. Finally I would like to end by saying George really was an amazing host and it is down to him that our stay was so smooth. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you in the future.

“Fantastic!” We stayed for 8 days in late August/early September. The resort is lovely; really clean and well maintained. The staff were unobtrusive but very helpful when we had queries. Our apartment was centrally positioned overlooking the pool and the terrace enjoyed the sunshine throughout the day. The terrace was extremely spacious with a large table and chairs at one end, an informal seating area as well as 2 sunbeds. Inside the apartment was also spacious, with open plan kitchen/diner/living area off which there is a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The fixtures and fittings were high quality and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. Mandria village restaurants were less than 5 mins away and had great atmosphere, varied menus and fab cocktails!

“amazin hol” i stayed in these apartments royal seacrest, me and my partner we loved them they were very clean and spacious apartments, we had an amazin veiw as you can see from the pic above, everything in our apartment you could ask for we even had milk and bread left in the fridge for us which was very handy for the next morning as we arrived early hours of the morning. we were over for out friends wedding, there was also our friends staying in another block. the aircon, bedroom etc was brilliant nice kingsize bed. also these apartments is close to everything kfc, mcdonalds if use have children and also unreal restraunts which are very cheap 13euro for 3course meals very nice. also the buses are 2euro for a day pass ... you can go on and off the busses all day or 1euro for single trip. i have recommended these apartments to a group of my friends who will be visting this area next year. we will def be back, had an amazing holiday...loved it :) Laura

“Just like being at home but with wonderful hot weather” My daughter and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved it. The villa had absolutely everything we needed including things like washing up liquid, salt & pepper and every appliance you could hope for, including free wifi. It's within very close walking distance of the village square and Intercontinental (breakfast there is Eu15 and worth every penny (cent!) plus the swimming pool. Will definitely be going back there.

“beautiful apartment on a fabulous 5 star complex” This was our second visit to this comfortable, well maintained apartment on Elysia Park. The pool is superb and the gardens are well kept and colourful. We chose to return to Tom and Annes apartment as it has everything we need for a relaxing holiday. It is lovely to arrive at your holiday accommodation knowing it will be spotlessly clean with welcome pack and a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. The availability of English tv channels is also a real bonus! The booking process and information provided is very efficient and comprehensive. We would highly recommend this apartment.

“Perfect place to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings” Aphrodite Sands is a lovely complex with beautifully kept gardens and a luxurious Spa. Arriving late we had a surprise welcome of chilled wine,crisps,tea,coffee and toast provided by Maurice. We hugely appreciated such thoughtful and kind hospitality. We quickly felt at home in the appartment and loved the relaxing walks along Mandria Bay so much that we still miss them,inspite of spending a whole month in Cyprus. Mandria is perfect for people who want to get away from the typical tourist areas and enjoy a laid back quieter holiday....definitely,the perfect one for us in the perfect place for us. Mandria is well situated for all routes of travel,to Paphos,Troodos,Pissouri etc., We most surely would like to return and stay even longer next time.

“Fabulous Apartment” This complex was perfect for a relaxing mini-break! The two pools were a good size and there were plenty of brand new sun-beds available. The apartment itself was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and has a large balcony overlooking one of the swimming pools. There are plenty of shops & restaurants in Paphos, which is a 15 - 20 minute walk from the complex. The kitchen basics that were provided on arrival were very much appreciated and also the excellent wi-fi access. I would definitely visit again!
