“A little oasis of paradise in Cyprus!!” We thoroughly enjoyed a restful holiday at villa Rioca, a peaceful retreat far from the maddening crowd, but close enough to the action should you want it. The accomodation was beautifully kept and spotless. Great care has been put into making a lovely garden which has amazing views to the sea and valley. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends!

“Fab Villa, Fab Location” This was our 15th visit to this villa, we had our honeymoon in it 10 years ago. It really is superb, the location is ideal and everything is a very short walk away. The villa has a lovely pool which is kept very clean and of course the owner cannot do enough to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. Will deifintately be back again.

“Best Villa I have stayed at in last ten years.” An excellent villa, very spacious with lots of room inside and out, a big playground for the grand kids fully equipped. A decent sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. A large covered patio for outside dining overlooking the pool. The only drawback some may say is that it is a little remote so a car is essential as there is nowhere that is in walking distance of the villa, for us this is a bonus as it is very quiet and laid back.
