“Sooo Romantic” The cottage is so lovely, and the hosts even better. We came in to a beautiful, spotless place with a fireplace already lit. Breakfast was brought in the morning along with more wood and the fire relit so it was always romatic and beautiful. The bathrooms and bedrooms are are beautifully appointed and the view is amazing. This is a place I cannot wait to get back to!

“Trout Fishing Paradise” We stayed at Turangi Trout Lodge for 7 nights. The property is ideally situated for trout fishing and as a base for day trips . As my husband fished, my 2 children and I explored Taupo , trout museum , thermal pools etc . The location is peaceful and every evening we enjoyed our river walk . The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped . The layout with bedrooms downstairs and living upstairs suited our young family perfectly. Owner kindly left a bottle of wine to welcome us . Booking was hassle free and all communication was prompt . We loved our week at the lodge and will definately visit again .

“Absolutely perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend” Absolutely perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend. The boys enjoyed soaking in the spa before getting dressed in to their wedding suits. We enjoyed the little notes left by the Hosts, Lyn and alan, making our stay more comfortable.
