The house has everything and the property with it's tennis court, swimming pools and walking paths has everything for the actively inclined. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Really great place to let your problems disappear and to rejuvenate.

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Bonnie Pearl from Colucci Cabins” Couldn't find the Colucci Bonnie Pearl but - We stayed at the Bonnie Pearl, named after Bud's daughters. We pulled up and I was in awe at it's beauty and craftsmanship. The cabin could sleep several, but it was just the two of us. It was so relaxing watching the river and barges on the wrap around porch, or from our bedroom window, or better yet, at night while sitting in the hot tub. The cabin had every amenity and utensil we needed. The owners made us feel like family from the get go. They went out of their way to make our stay special.. They even ordered up a huge orange full moon, the largest shooting star I've ever witnessed and a four leaf clover from the front yard :) People, this is country and river at it's finest. “Great Stay” What a Gem of a place! Mrs. Linda was as hospitable and welcoming as any property owner could ever be! Myself and two children (Ages 7 & 5) couldn't bring ourselves to leave the Eco Cabin as it was full of surprises to explore.. We just enjoyed the simplicity and stillness that the mountains have to offer and had a great mountain bike day at Tsali State Park which is just right around the corner.. Thank You Linda for a wonderful stay and we will be back soon!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful accommodations in the Caribbean!” Cora exemplifies everything that I believe visitors to the Caribbean desire in a host! She is the epitome of hospitality, as evidenced by her greeting us like family at the airport, getting us familiarized and settled into the villa (with healthy croissant sandwiches, salad, and juices provided after a long day of travel, that were greatly appreciated), and offering to and accompanying us to two local grocery stores for necessities. We were extremely comfortable with Cora from the very beginning, and she accompanied us to a local restaurant for delicious cuisine, as well as coordinated the VIP treatment (reserved parking at a friend's wonderful tea shop) in the chaotic downtown area. She also gave us plenty of space to explore the islands on our own, but offered the assistance of several people by phone (including herself) should we have questions about the villa, the island, etc. The villa is nothing short of phenomenal! The views were simply breathtaking from the veranda, the terrace, even by the pool! Breakfast on the veranda each day was a real treat! You are maybe one-half to two-thirds of the way up the hillside at the villa, which allows for the benefit of cooling trade winds and a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle below. We can honestly say that we feel not only that we experienced a wonderful stay at the villa, but that we were blessed with a new friend in Cora! From Franklin, WI · April 2015

“Clean, modern, convenient condo” The pictures do it justice - the pool area is as beautiful as the pictures show. This was our first trip to Mexico, and the owners send a pdf with very helpful information on the area and some recommendations for restaurants. We did not necessarily want to be on the beach, since we like to cook and have a separate room for our children, so this fit the bill. Note that accessing the beach can be a bit tricky; there are only a few "public beaches" with no amenities; in general, you need to pay or eat at a beach club or hotel for access and toilets. The condo and complex is very quiet and relaxing.
