“perfect holiday, would definately come again” We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Weston Magic. The location is perfect and all the attractions are within easy reach by car. The home is the perfect place to relax and has everything you need including a lovely pool area. All the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is a really lovely area and we felt safe and secure in and around the home. I would definitely recommend and hopefully can return again soon !!

“Amazing all the way around” My wife and I booked this Villa in order to have a nice place to relax after taking our three daughters to the Disney parks. We stayed for a week and mid way through each day we spent at the parks our kids would express how they couldn't wait to get back to the villa. Great layout,excellent game room, and amazing pool hot tub and patio area! We will book again very soon!

“Immaculate - delivers above and beyond ..” An immaculate villa, perfectly presented and equipped with everything you could need. Choosing a villa always comes with a little bit of interpretation but Sundown Palm delivered above and beyond the description right down to the welcome pack, the easy of the booking process /attentiveness of the owners. Every generation is catered for and there is ample space when needed – the games room is fantastic ! If you can bear to leave the villa and its beautiful pool view , everything from shops to parks are easily reached in no time at all We have some great memories thanks to Sundown Palm .Really was everything we could have wished for and can’t wait to go back .

“Just as described, Perfect for Families with young children. We highly recommend” We found this home to be just as described on the website and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The house was very clean and well maintained, the carpet on the main floor appeared to be virtually brand new, though I'm not sure carpet is the best choice for the main living area, tile or hardwood floors would be better, but that's just a personal preference. The sofas in the living room were very comfortable and the large TV was nice as well. The kitchen is very well appointed with basically everything you need to cook. They even have plastic cups, plates and utensils available which were great for the kids. Our kids were in love with the game-room/toy area in the garage which has tons of great toys, and we had to drag them out of there every morning to leave for the park. The park by the way is about 20 minutes away and there is quite a lot of traffic, so plan accordingly. The pool was very nice and clean, and it appeared the pool decking was just freshly painted. My only issue with the pool was the temperature; it was extremely cold which I honestly didn't expect since the temps outside were in the high 80s and low 90s. The kids enjoyed the pool despite the temperature, but the adults rarely swam because it was just too chilly. I mistakenly thought the pool was heated, but after contacting the management company and the owner realized that you are required to pay extra daily for pool heat. It was my mistake for not reading the description more closely, but I do disagree with charging a daily fee for the heat. It is necessary during the non-summer months and should be included in the rental price. I would much rather the rental price be slightly higher and include the pool heat, than be forced to pay an exorbitant amount each day, and have to deal with the management company to come and turn on the heat. Which by the way, when I called the management company to turn it on, they didn't show up when they promised and the heat was never turned on. To be honest, the lady who came to check the pool chemicals while we were there was quite rude and a little nasty to us, but the owner has no control over her behavior. Despite all of that, the pool was a big hit with the kids, which is all that really matters anyway. Additionally, the patio furniture was nice and in good condition, with plenty of comfortable seating. The only real maintenance issue we had was with the sliding glass door to the pool area; it kept coming off the track and was a bit difficult to close and probably needs some repair or adjustment, but it wasn't a big problem. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fantastic, there is a lot of space if you have a large family, and the closets are very good size for a vacation trip. We used the washer and dryer several times, which was very convenient as well. We also thought the home was very tastefully decorated throughout. The stroller came in very handy; we thought our 4 year old would be fine without one but quickly discovered he needed one. Luckily we didn't have to rent one at the park since the owners provided them. I would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again on our next trip. Overall our stay was very pleasant, the issues we had we minor and certainly did not take away from our trip.

“Perfect location for a relaxing holiday in Barbados” This a lovely villa set in a well tended estate, located in the hills not far from Speightstown. As the name suggests, the villa enjoys a cooling breeze making for a great retreat from the heat along the coastline. It is well appointed and comfortable throughout and is adjacent to the clubhouse pool from which the sun-downer views are stunning! You need to hire a car, but driving is straightforward in Barbados - just remember to book a car well in advance in high season, as demand is high then. All in all a great place to stay, and a good base to tour the island from.

“Safe,Quiet, Roomy,Home” We. We’re there for 2 weeks,, ,plenty of room,, could usually find sun on patio anytime of day to sit out,,,garage -AKA. Game room entertaining for 1 rainy day we had,,, trouble we noted with one toilet we had ,was fixed the next day,,, need to travel a bit for restaurants and shops but that is what we enjoy about Feb vac. In Florida , we already have found things to do for next year,,,,

“Love, love this place!” Beautiful space. We were so excited walking through the door. The condo is remarkably spacious and super clean. Simply gorgeous views over looking clear, blue ocean water at all times of the day. We stayed for a week and couldn't believe our time went so fast. Quiet and convenient location close to town and restaurants. Working with the owner was a breeze. Was so happy to find that there was a bunch of snorkel gear we could use. Over all an A++.

“Great Location and Layout” The condo had everything we needed for a great long weekend. 10 min walk to the west side of the village and 10 min walk to Nestor's (grocery) in the other direction. For skiiers, a drive would still be necessary to access lifts. Hot tub was great - it is off one of the bedrooms in the basement, so be aware for whoever may sleep in that bedroom. Clean, bright and fully equipped. We weren't lacking for anything. Soaps and shampoos were an added and much appreciated touch.

“Wedding” We stayed from June 10 to June 18 2016. Everything was clean and in order but it felt like home. The condo over looked one of the pools and grill. We were married on June 11 on the beach across from the condo so it's convenient to the beach. What made more special was on the day we arrived there was a bottle of wine roses and a card congratulating us on our wedding. I don't know of anyone who would have done that.
