“ABSOLUTELY PERFECT” We rented this cabin right after Emily and Tim bought it. They came to upgrade it as soon as we left. In all honesty, it didn't even need the upgrade! (Although it is cool that they added the flat screen tv and everything.) I can't believe it took me this long to post a review, but seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the entire cabin. It has a gorgeous view, and Tim and Emily are just great people. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed our stay very much and the next time we come back to Gatlinburg, we WILL be staying in this cabin. I have already recommended it to so many friends and family members. Absolutely perfect cozy little cabin.

“Serene beauty and great family bonding” My family and I had such a wonderful time in this house, and in the community around the house. Beautiful views, relaxing vibe, great restaurants in Margaretville, and a great pizza place called Oakley's right on Route 28. Also, really good supermarket in Margaretville. We hiked, we went kayaking on the reservoir, antiquing in Margaretville and andes. The house itself is roomy with an awesome kitchen fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need. Great games in the basement and smores at the firepit looking up at the stars. But the best part was reconnecting with family without the stress of everyday life. My son keeps talking about the kayaking and the wildlife that we saw on our hikes. Thanks Jennifer and we will be back!!!

“Incredible Adirondack Camp experience” Camp Little Pine was a wonderful experience. We regularly visit Lake Placid during each season and was extremely pleased with this house. Incredibly well located, close to groceries, wine store and little restaurants. It's right next to Lake Placid Lodge, the Relais Chateaus hotel, which is perfect for fine dining or casual drinks at the pub. We were a group of 8 and the house was spacious and fitted us all. Michael & his wife have decorated this house beautifully in Adirondack style, making it a wonderful "Great Camp" experience. The amenities were all modern and functioning, the kitchen is wonderful and stocked with tons of condiments making it very easy cook. I highly recommend this beautiful house for a group and would stay there any other time.

“Beautiful, extremely comfortable, would go back again!!!” My family and I stayed for 8 days and could not have asked for a more comfortable, clean well-built cabin to spend our vacation. The views were beautiful especially the sunrise in the morning over the deck. There were six of us, all adults, and the house was large enough that we all had our own space when needed. We were close to trout fishing, zip lining and water rafting. One of the things that stood out to me was the quality of the furnishings from the bedding, linens to all of the kitchen ware. The whole cabin has been decorated with taste and quality. My family enjoyed the hot tub every night. We grilled on the deck, made smores over the fire pit. It was truly a wonderful vacation that was made even more memorable by the cabin itself. I would definitely go back again and hope to!!!

“Lovely, charming and warm cabin!” We had a great time staying at the cabin over Christmas 2012. Ideal for our family (two adults & two children). The cabin has everything you need to be comfortable, well equipped and warm. Nice and quiet place - no impact from I-70, easy to get to the shuttle bus to Vail! Short walk/or drive to supermarket if needed. The kids enjoyed the new snow and had fun rolling and tubing around the hills behind the cabin.

“Relaxing winter (or summer) getaway in beautiful surrounding” Our family has vacationed several times at Bummy's Place. For the last 3 years, during our kid's mid-winter break, we've rented the place and absolutely love it! It's exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and a winter sports fanatic's dream. Snowshoe right out the front door and explore miles of trails. Alpine and Nordic skiing are minutes away. After a day outside there's nothing like relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace. Everything about the house is easy and convenient for guests, including the wi-fi. The kids look forward to the trip every year and we definitely plan on returning for years to come.

“The best rental in this price range in 16 years” This is a very comfortable, well equipped apartment overlooking the swimming pool. The grounds are well kept and there is an abundance of reclining chairs. We have been renting similar apartments in Sunset Crest for 16 years and have seen quite a few more rented by friends and we have no doubt that this one is the best value for money of them all.

“Great place!” I loved staying at this condo. The unit has recently been renovated and was very clean. The studio side has a view of the mountain and is located just steps from the ski slopes and among the shops and restaurants. The bedroom has its own bathroom and television and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area is roomy and has a very comfortable queen murphy bed that folds out of the wall if needed. The unit also has a second bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with nice appliances. There are also balconies off of both the living room and the bedroom overlooking the skating rink. The unit couldn't be any more conveniently located for skiing; it's located right next to the lift ticket windows and is practically on the payday run. It is also right by a bus stop which was nice because I didn't rent a car but was still able to get around town to meet friends, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

“Great location and amenities!” We stayed at this mountainside condo a few times. It's halfway up Big Mountain and offers lots to do, summer and winter.It's also a quick trip to Whitefish, as well as a great place for a home base if you're planning to spend your days in Glacier National Park. The association has an outdoor and indoor pool and tennis courts, if you're not up for hiking. It's nice and quiet and very scenic. Some nights we'd just go for walks around the neighborhood after supper instead of swim. There are also nice hiking trails from Ptarmigan Village to Big Mountain. The condo has large bedrooms and a great view of the western sky and those beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked and has an outdoor grill on the back deck. The main room is up one level and has a fireplace, deck and huge windows. You feel like you're living up in the trees! It's nicely decorated, too.

“Nice to have a kitchenette!” We stayed at the Taylor Condo the week after Christmas for 7 nights. The condo was just enough for the 4 of us to rest in the evenings but be active and skiing in the day. The condo had a kitchenette which was great. It was a small 2 burner electric stove with an overhead exhaust fan. The owner had misc kitchen items, including pans, pots, silverware, bowls, glasses and coffee cups. There was a microwave and an under the counter refrigerator. There was a toaster oven to use and a george foreman grill. I brought my own crockpot for a few of our meals. Worked out fabulous! There was a large window in the room that had functioning windows. The wall heater worked good. The condo stayed warm without even using the heater when it was 16 degrees at night. The condo was dated, but was fine for what we needed. We liked that we were near the Navajo Chair lift. We walked right over to the lift from the underground parking garage because we kept our skiis/snowboards in the car overnight. The lodge had 2 large spas, a pool, a game room, restaurant, gift shop, DVD rentals, even playing cards rental, and there was a shuttle stop at the entry. Communication with the owner exceeded my expectations as Helen always responded within 2-6 hours. Using FlipKey was very easy too. The booking and payment was flawless. Prices were down to the penny accurate, which is beginning to be rare on other booking sites.

“Great place for a family of six!!” Conveniently located in Frisco right down the street from Walmart, Safeway, ski rental locations, and many dining locations. 20 minutes from ski slopes. The house was very spacious and had everything you would need in the kitchen to fix all of your meals. The beds are very comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths was a big plus The garage was also a nice luxury even though we didn’t park a car in it, it was great for storage. The hot tub was very nice after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend this unit!!
