“Wonderful accommodations in the Caribbean!” Cora exemplifies everything that I believe visitors to the Caribbean desire in a host! She is the epitome of hospitality, as evidenced by her greeting us like family at the airport, getting us familiarized and settled into the villa (with healthy croissant sandwiches, salad, and juices provided after a long day of travel, that were greatly appreciated), and offering to and accompanying us to two local grocery stores for necessities. We were extremely comfortable with Cora from the very beginning, and she accompanied us to a local restaurant for delicious cuisine, as well as coordinated the VIP treatment (reserved parking at a friend's wonderful tea shop) in the chaotic downtown area. She also gave us plenty of space to explore the islands on our own, but offered the assistance of several people by phone (including herself) should we have questions about the villa, the island, etc. The villa is nothing short of phenomenal! The views were simply breathtaking from the veranda, the terrace, even by the pool! Breakfast on the veranda each day was a real treat! You are maybe one-half to two-thirds of the way up the hillside at the villa, which allows for the benefit of cooling trade winds and a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle below. We can honestly say that we feel not only that we experienced a wonderful stay at the villa, but that we were blessed with a new friend in Cora! From Franklin, WI · April 2015

“Clean, modern, convenient condo” The pictures do it justice - the pool area is as beautiful as the pictures show. This was our first trip to Mexico, and the owners send a pdf with very helpful information on the area and some recommendations for restaurants. We did not necessarily want to be on the beach, since we like to cook and have a separate room for our children, so this fit the bill. Note that accessing the beach can be a bit tricky; there are only a few "public beaches" with no amenities; in general, you need to pay or eat at a beach club or hotel for access and toilets. The condo and complex is very quiet and relaxing.

“Excellent , pleasant and very convenient .” We enjoyed 8 wonderful days at Villa Nirvana. We were an extended family, a groop of 8 people including teenagers and a baby. All of us wish to emphasize that the time we spent at the villa was wonderful. Every thing in the villa is beautiful and of high standard. The villa is new and located in a gated community that is away (but not far) from the main streets - a safe location for a family vacation specially with kids. The location is near the theme parks and all the attraction Orlando has to offer. There are plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket close by. Everything seems to be in the neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for a larger group, with plenty of room to eat. The pool is excellent, very clean and big enough to fit few people without getting crowded. In the main leaving room there is a 3D Flat screen TV, stereo system, blu-ray player and an XBox with Kinect. There are two more flat screens TV in the bedrooms. The owner - Mr. Thor Berentsen is very nice and made sure our holiday will be perfect. We’ll recommend this wonderful villa to our friends .

“Super will go again” Annual get together that has been to several places on Smith Mtn Lake with this being rated at the top. This was spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch that had super view of lake and plenty of room to accommodate all of our group. Plenty of dishes and accessories in the kitchen to cook and prepare whatever we wanted. With 5 bedrooms there is lots of sleep spots and privacy. Will go again.

“Perfect aruba vacation home” The absolute Luxury Two-bedroom condo - Bc254 is the perfect condo for anyone wanting a perfect home away from home. Everthing was even better than the pictures showed. The location and views was just perfect. Everyone associated with the condo went up and above to make our stay the best in the world. The owner of this condo has wonderful taste. “Beautiful views, well-maintained property, and secure location” My husband and I stayed at the Oceania Condos for a week and were happy with our choice. The property is very clean, safe, and well maintained. The studio is on the third level and has awesome views of the pool and Eagle Beach (even better than the photos); thus, we spent plenty of time on our balcony! We also enjoyed the pool area, which is surrounded by sand and looks great at night with the changing colors. The beach is right across the street, so it was convenient to enjoy both the pool and ocean. There is also an outdoor shower and plenty of lounge chairs/huts. We never had a problem with overcrowding (like the high-rise area). The condo itself was quite spacious for a studio. The kitchen had a stove top, coffee maker, and toaster, so we were all set for breakfast and lunch. The walk-in closet area was nice with build-in closets/drawers and the bathroom/shower was clean and big. We also enjoyed the gym, meeting room, and pool facilities (outdoor shower and restrooms). It was nice not having to go back to your room while at the pool/ocean. The condo also had plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillow cases. My only advice is to bring your own pillows, as the pillows provided are very hard. Also, the queen bed has a very firm mattress, which only suits certain individuals. Lastly, the Prestige staff members, including Rachel and Toine, were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They were waiting for us when we arrived and promptly answered our questions while we were on the island. They also helped us with rental car reservations and dining choices. We'll definitely stay at this property again!

“Perfect vacation, better than imagined” This was the most amazing trip I have taken. The beaches were beautiful, weather always perfect. Toine was so helpful and friendly-very accessible and accommodating. Check in and out was fast. No long lines, no hassel. The condo unit was better than imagined: pretty, clean, modern, comfortable. It had more than I could ask for: appliances, dishwasher. I felt like I was at "home" on vacation in paradise. It was better than any hotel. The condo and beach were quiet, well kept, peaceful. It was better than being at a resort where there are too many people around and very noisy. I loved how the condo was on the beach, nothing is better than having breakfast looking at the beautiful ocean and ending each night with a different sunset. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, which was so convenient. Toine's list of restaurants was so helpful! Ivan-our cab driver was honest and sweet. I was so sad when our trip ended but was already planning on coming back. We are even considering buying a vacation condo. The entire vacation was perfect, nothing negative to say

“Family vacation in aruba” My wife, one year old son and I had a great vacation at the condo. The service from the team was exceptional from the time we confirmed our travel plans - with help on car rental, babysitting, crib, high chair, etc. The condo was beautiful with plenty of space to relax comfortably and give our son his own room. Early evenings on the balcony watching the sunset could not have been more relaxing. The location of the condo was very central - across the street from Eagle Beach, short drive to downtown and Palm beach. Ideal for seeing the different areas of the Island. It was definitely useful to have a car so that we can make trips to the grocery store or around the island.

“We had a wondeful time!” The condo was amazing! It was very nicely decorated and we had 4 of us stay there and we were not tripping over each other. The view from the private deck was absolutely beautiful! We will definately rent again and go through Prestige Vacations. Raquel was amazing and she helped us with everything we needed.

“A relaxing, private stay at Oceania, Aruba” My husband and I were in desperate need of a vacation without our kids (ages 4 and 1.5). We knew we wanted to eat breakfast and lunch in the room so we could lounge on the beach all day, scuba dive one day, go to at least one nice dinner. This place was perfect. First Toine Schoofs, the Prestige agent, met us at check in and took us to our room. He showed us how to use the safe and connected us with all the amenities. He gave us advice on where to eat and handled the cell phone rental for us as well as bringing a calling card to add minutes to the phone and get us started. He was relaxed and professional and completely unhurried. We felt we could call him anytime. The multiple pools were rarely occupied and the beach right across the street. The property is very well maintained and completely gated. It was easy to get in and out of the gate because it used a keypad with a code so no keys were necessary. One block away was the nicest dinner we could have asked for at the Screaming Eagle. Right next door was the restaurant Tulip which had wonderful food at very reasonable prices and quiet outdoor seating. You could have never left by car and had all your needs met. The complex is on the end of the low-rise hotel district so it was very quiet. There were palapas right there and always available so no need to bring umbrellas. Soft beach towels, chairs and cooler in the room made it easy. All the nightlife and activity you could ask for was about 8 minutes away by bus or taxi so you could have your privacy or go out and get wild if you so desired. If I return to aruba, I will definitely stay at Oceania and would recommend Prestige Realty Group for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you Toine.

“Beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff in magical setting” Spent a week at the big house zoning out and exploring. The house has everything and the property with it's tennis court, swimming pools and walking paths has everything for the actively inclined. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Really great place to let your problems disappear and to rejuvenate.

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent.
