“There is no better way to relax and enjoy Cabo” We had a great time in this penthouse. It is a perfect get-a-away location with an unbelievable view. You have the option of hanging out poolside at the resort or a more quiet time at the penthouse' terrace and jacuzzi. We can't wait to go back.

“Amazing Location and View” My stay at condo 371 was the best ever. The condo had everything needed and was very comfortable. The view from the windows and the 2 balconies is priceless. Its nice to open the doors and windows and enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze without using the aC. The patio furniture is new and I enjoyed sleeping on the balcony under the stars a couple of nights. The property manager called me after my flight arrived to confirm and he was waiting at the desk for us so we checked right into the condo without waiting. You can see the pool from this condo which is nice if you have friends in the pool while you are on the balcony. The 2 pools were freshly painted while we were there and are very nice. Its a great feature to rent a luxury condo but also have the option to cook or pay for all inclusive. The hotel has nightly activities that you can participate without paying for all inclusive. I wish to go back to this condo year after year if it is available.

“Best Vacation I ever had!!!” I had the best vacation ever. It was so nice having everyone together in one place.There was eight people and there was plenty of room. The view from the condo was great and the location of the condo was to. The hotel staff was excellent so was the food and drinks.I would stay again in a heart beat. We plane to go back next year.I have been to several islands and there is not to many countries these days you can go to being a american that people treat you like royalty. Cancun is one of them.

“Its like taken out of a magazine, a place to spend the vacations you deserve!” The penthouse itself is a dream come true. The pictures embrace the lovely and beautiful place, but once you get out of the elevator it just takes your breath away. It is undeniable that Cancun was an unforgettable experience, and one of the main reasons is because of penthouse #2000. It had all the commodities needed to spend an amazing time in an amazing beach. Trying to find a place was difficult until we fell in love with this one. Tim Miller made it even easier to book it since his help was undeniably one of the best I have ever had. He was super kind and available to answer my questions and doubts. As soon as we arrive at the place Francis was waiting for us with margaritas and one of the best guacamole I have ever tried. The views were astonishing since you have perfect views both from the beach and from the lake, it made it wonderful to see the sunrise from the main bedroom and the sunset from the terrace. The penthouse was extremely clean. Both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms with comfortable beds and space to put our luggage. The pools were also clean and perfect for the sunny and hot weather. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. There were also towels available for both taking a bath and going to the beach. This place was wonderful, there are definitely no complaints about anything. The service was spectacular and the place itself is like taken out of a magazine. I cannot wait to go back to for another amazing week.

“Excellent Trip, Unbelievable Service” I don't usually write reviews about places I stay around the world but in this case I must make an exception. Four friends and I stayed at Tim's place in Cancun from Feb. 16 - 23 2010. We could not have asked for a better place. Three things stand out regarding this unit. The owner, who provided us with a vacation second to none. Tim is informative, reliable and most of all honest. He provided us with enough local information to move there and for that I thank him. Tim's staff were personable, friendly and just a phone call away. The second is the quality of the penthouse unit. There was ample space with all the comforts of home and a view that you have to see to believe. In my opinion it's the best view of the beach in Cancun. The third thing is the price. If you have a group or a large family you will love this unit. We actually saved money by renting this unit. For those of you out there who are skeptical, as i am you can't go wrong. Do yourself a favour and call or email Tim, your vacation will be easier to plan, easier to execute and you will have a much better experience in Cancun. In closing I just want to talk about security since it takes most of the headlines these days. The security at the hotel is exceptional and very tight. Hotel staff, local police and the military all play an important role in keeping patrons safe.. Being in Law Enforcement I can tell you without reservation, these people are on the ball. “Great Unit with Beautiful Views” This is a great two bedroom second floor with an incredible penthouse third floor. The owner, John/Jack was always responsive when I had questions during the booking process and during my stay. He was the perfect host...always responded to any questions, made me feel welcome to enjoy this part of his home, and gave me the privacy that I believe is important in renting any vacation getaway. Also, he is just an all around nice guy. The third floor (the penthouse) is amazing. Fully equipped kitchen and pretty much anything you could need to cook or dine with. Clean and organized. Half bath. Great view to the bay from the room and the awesome deck, and a wonderful view, framed by a large side window, of the monument. The second floor has two very nice bedrooms and a full bath. Again, clean and organized. Great neighborhood. Close to Tea Dance and a small walk to the center of town, but quiet and peaceful. Everything I could have hoped for in a vacation rental and more.

“Good stay in Ft Walton Beach” My wife and I had a good stay in Ft Walton Beach. Penthouse 07 had a good amount of space and everything you need for the stay. It had a great view of the lazy River pool and the bay and from the rooftop deck you can see the ocean across the street. The skybridge was very convenient for walking to the beach. The amenities were nice. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because the main bedroom could use some black out curtains to block out the early morning sun so you can sleep past sun up and also the mattress was super firm so we had trouble sleeping because we aren’t used to sleeping on an extra firm mattress. Simple fix would be a mattress pad for non-firm mattress sleepers like us. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay! We enjoyed it!

“A REMARKABLE EXPIERENCE!” Our stay at Tim’s condo (No. 2704) was more than we could have ever imagined! With a group of ten girls—traveling from several parts of the United States—it was the ideal experience. We were all together under one roof enjoying each other’s company, but with enough room not to be on top of one another. The condo was tasteful and very well appointed. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds comfortable! Having views of both the bay and the ocean was phenomenal, and the afternoon sun and sunsets on the furnished deck were relaxing and a sight to see. The beach was beautiful and well maintained and the main pool was clean and refreshing. Tim’s website was very informative which made the planning process effortless. We utilized several of the services and features recommended by Tim—-including transportation from USA Transfer, the authentic in-home meal cooked by Elena, and the all-inclusive option at the resort—and they did not disappoint. The transportation company was extremely courteous and punctual; the in-home meal was delicious and exactly what was called for after a day of travel—leftovers were a plus, too; and the all-inclusive option was awesome, particularly because of the pool bar as well as the food selection, given a few girls had dietary restrictions. Prior to booking, Tim responded promptly to any emails and he was always willing to provide some additional advice and recommendations. The booking process itself was easy and hassle free. During our stay, the onsite manager, Abdiel, was also prompt and attentive. He went above and beyond to get us situated and make sure that we had everything we needed. Knowing this made our vacation truly carefree. I would recommend (and actually already have recommended) this penthouse and Tim’s other properties to family and friends. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end and I could not been any happier with the outcome. Thank you, Tim, and your team, for a wonderful vacation!
