“Condo at Avalon” Beautiful, updated/modern condo. Extremely comfortable bed! We loved that Publix was right across the street and that there was a bar and grill in walking distance. The pool at the condo facility was wonderful. Very clean and few people. Our family had such a great, memorable week at this resort we will definitely be returning! The decor in this condo is just beautiful! We felt so cozy and at home. Absolutely perfect!

“Mom” Very nice location. Very clean and comfortable. There was plenty a room to get around the kitchen with preparing meals. Not far from the beach everything was in walking distance that's what I was looking for. Very nice

“Best vacation hands down” My boyfriend and I spent a week at the Miramar Condos, and I can't think of one complaint if I tried. Isabella and Matias, the owners, are extremely helpful if you need anything at all. The place was clean, private and exactly how the pictures portray it on their website. Just a general suggestion for Cozumel travelers - definitely rent a car. There's so much to see, and cabs can get pricey and limit you. Isabella can set that up for you and have it waiting at the airport. Also, if you set up the Pirate Ship Dinner (lots of fun), make sure to set it up through Matias to make everything much easier. I highly recommend it here and I can't wait to go back!

“Great Return Visit to Condominios Miramar” Our fourth consecutive annual visit to Condominios Miramar on the island of Cozumel was consistent with the previous three -- outstanding! We've stayed in three different units in this very small condo complex and while they all vary in design -- from studio one bedrooms to units with more than one level and/or 2-3 bedrooms -- they've all been great. The location is north of the town of San Miguel, a 45-minute or so leisurely walk to the town center. The Miramar condos are spacious, clean, well-maintained and views of the ocean are spectacular. Miramar #201 is perfect for two adults. It's one level with entrance at street level in front and on the second level in back on the ocean side, offering good views of the pool and ocean, with some privacy, too. We eat dinner in town most nights, so we don't use the stove and oven in Miramar #201 much (though have in the past and found the oven instructions to be hard to follow, a minor downside for us but would be helpful for visitors who cook in the condo more often). Note: If you take a taxi to Miramar from town, it's good to let the driver know when you're getting close to the building (English ok, in Spanish even better!). We found many taxi drivers know the bigger properties nearby, but Miramar is new to them. Scuba divers have options with boats that depart from nearby piers or from the marina about 10- to 15-minute walk south. We've dived with AlexScuba (departs from marina, bigger boats) and Pepe Scuba (based in the hotel Coral Princess, small, faster boats) and both were great. And snorkeling just off of the property is convenient and surprisingly good. As always, the hard-working, very friendly housekeeping and property management staff add to the comfort and pleasant experience. We've advised previously that if you stay in any of the condos at Miramar, please be generous with tipping the maids and the maintenance crew. They work so hard and deserve the extra "gracias."

“vacations that we dreamed of!” We are just returning from our journey there, and really loved our last vacations! Right from the beginning everything was made easy. At the time of rental, we received fast communications and the internet agreement/payment were easy to complete. Then, Matias, Isabella and Geraldine kindly arranged our transfer from the airport to our condo! Upon arrival, we had a delayed flight, but, there was no problem with the late check-in, and Matias was still of good advice to help us arriving, making sure everything was ok, even if the town was slowly getting asleep. We discovered the view the next morning and were really astonished! So nice view! The colourful ocean in the front and the condo's pool at our feet! The terrace and the pool are very well maintained. Contrary as other have said, the pool is not out of his time: it is nice, clean and just warm enough! The tables and chairs are confortables and of good quality. You can literally jump in the ocean front the platform directly at the end of the terrace. Snorkel-in, Snorkel-out: warm and clear water, amazing fishes and crabs, no algae! Wow! Palm trees are in good health and condition, and further than providing enough shadow when the sun hits very hard, you might be lucky and get a coconut and drink its delightful water!! The pool and terrace are private and so not very crowded! just relax and enjoy!!! Employees working and maintaining everything clean are smily, very quiet and really sympathetic to talk with! The condo is clean, and pretty much reflects the pictures seen before rental. A\C are all functioning nicely, beds are comfy, water is from purified distributer, kitchen is not badly furnished, fridge and oven are clean, and there is a mixer so you can imagine and realized your own drinks and fruity smoothies! Hot water thank is small but that is not a big issu. Downtown San Miguel is about 3km: it is really easy and secure to walk (cabs are also very fast to get). If you don't want going that far to find a restaurant, 2 our 3 good places to eat are just in the neighbourhood. Near to the airport, you fortunately won't ear the planes coming or going. Grocery store, though a little far, are well supplied and you will find nearly everything you need at reasonable prices and good quality. We went to 'Mega' (large surface grocery store) but discover the more local place and quite big 'Chedraui' which we prefered! We brought our TT-bikes for triathlon training and really enjoyed the dedicated road all-around the island! Amazing views, good quality pavement: nice place to train! Finally, because we also had a late afternoon flight, Matias and Isabella managed so we could leave our things there and have ''arranged-late'' check-out! Sincerely, thanks to them! Please, don't steal our next year vacation week: we will certainly visit again and we strongly recommend the place!

“Lovely Condo & Great Location & Attentive Service” I researched many condos on-line with the help of Flip Key and Travel advisor. I finally chose Miramar 404 because it was north of town, away from the cruisers & town bustle, but close enough to walk and bike to each day if I wanted. Matias and Isabel are very organized and helpful. They can arrange anything you might want to do. However I suggest you research the tours and the snorkeling before making arrangements. Matias and Isabel welcomed us with flowers! We loved the many conveniences of the condo--4 balconies!! 2 to watch the sunrise and 2 to watch it set. The a/C units were great when the humidity rose. All the appliances worked and my only complaint would be cooking utensils--spatulas, nicer pans, a peeler were lacking. The food is plentiful and reasonable in Cozumel so I suggest getting out to explore! The Lobster House was a great treat and The Playa azul Beach Club has great Shrimp Tostadas and piña coladas. We were comfortable and had no problems walking to town, or biking around the island. Best Tip: "Room Service" You call - they bring--you pay. Very reasonable and so convenient. Thank you Isabel, Matias, Vanesa & all the rest for a great vacation that I will never forget!

“We stayed in a lovely condo Emerald Isle resorts in Panama City Beach, FL. I really enjoyed my vacation and the condo!” We stayed fours days and every day was nice except Saturday. The condo was great although I didn't like the size of the beds. Other than the rain Saturday and the full size bed I had a great vacation and we stayed in a great location. Definitely would book again. Already planning a trip for September!
