“WOW, room was clean, comfy and had private jacuzzi attached- BEST STAY EVER!” Upon arrival the grounds looked like a winter wonderland, me and my boyfriend were greeted warmly from Christine, the host, she showed us around and when we saw the room we were blown away. There was a huge bed, a separate room that can be used to read, write,workout, whatever and our favorite part? The private Jacuzzi attached to our room that worked great! (Check out that photo! ) The bed so huge and comfy and everything was so very clean and tidy, the view was something out of a dream- we had an amazing trip. Christine even surprised me and my boyfriend with chocolate covered strawberries on Valentines day morning! You won't feel more at home anywhere else, and I highly recommend visiting some great local restaurants, like Lanzies on the Lake and Wine and Roses where we spend Valentines day together =>

“Friendly home in a nice neighborhood in New Orleans near City Pa” We stayed at the Laurel Bed and Breakfast for the Rock 'n Roll Half Marathon in early February. Eliot was a fantastic host - having breakfast ready when we woke up every morning. His hospitality was a+ and he helped us out when we had a taxi not show up before the race - definitely did far more than was required running a B&B.; The location is a couple of blocks from City Park - a huge and well kept park on the north side of the city with 24 hr beignets. The bus and trolley line was also two blocks away. Definitely recommend for travelers wanting a quiet place with easy access to city happenings.

“Perfect Location” We had 3 couples share the entire compound. Grilled fresh lobster tails, enjoyed the water fountain trickling by the dining table in the background and fun with friends! Was great to walk around Duval and drop purchases off and enjoy all of Old Town. The cottages had all the amenities needed to "make yourself home". The owners offered top notch hospitality at any request.

“Quaint little house” The house it self is perfect for a couples get away, but it can definitely fit 5. Rachel and Paul are the sweetest people ever! They love to talk and get to know you, but they also respect your space. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach plus you’re a 5 min drive into town so if you want to get groceries it’s super easy. I would know I got mine whilst riding a bike. There is so much to do in Kailua and they give you a map of the town which is super cool! Even though there is a lot to do, it is much quieter than Waikiki and you truly get to enjoy your time at the beach. This trip was the best experience I’ve had in Oahu for a cheap price! I would book with them again it was that amazing!

“25th anniversary Surprise!” We celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Mermaid's Muse. It was a surprise planned by my husband and it was the best gift I could have asked for! The Mermaid's Muse is wonderful gem tucked away in Brookings, Oregon, (don't let the drive down a little neighborhood street fool you). After a friendly greeting from John, the owner, you walk into their home and a before you is a spectacular setting over looking the ocean with a view that you will never tire of. After a tour of their amazing house(reminiscent of all things they love) John guided us to our room, invited us to Happy Hour and left us to settle in enjoying the view. John is a wonderful cook and our breakfast each day was so creative, his Greek Eggs were divine, the next day his sweet potato breakfast fries with pine nuts yummy and our final day fruit crepes were perfect! We had forgotten a blanket for the beach and John provided us with beach grass mats. John's hospitality gave us the feeling we could have requested most anything and he was there to make our stay complete. John, Nancy and friends toasted our 25th anniversary, taking pictures for us off the balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean to share with Family & Friends at home. We love meeting new people and as we left we felt we were amongst new Friends to start our next 25 years! Thank you for a wonderful memory, we will certainly be back!

“Great B” We stayed at above the Inlet in the Cozy Suite and very much enjoyed it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly, without being intrusive. I searched many hotels and B&Bs; and this is by far a great value on the Sunshine Coast!

“Lovely B&B; with great location and affordability!” Our family of 3 stayed here recently, renting both rooms upstairs at a very affordable price. The accomodations were just right for us, although we didn't take advantage of the two nice living room areas or the hot tub outside. It was the perfect place for us to just relax in our rooms watching Netflix and spend some quiet time together before we went out each night. John and Mary are very warm and gracious hosts, and the breakfasts are to die for!! They kindly accomodated our daughter's food allergies, and took very good care of us overall. Don't hesitate to visit them on your next stay in Gig Harbor.

“Warm Welcome in a generous family.” The welcome I received in this cosy home made me feel at home. The cottage is in walking distance of downtown Stratford and also from the train station. The owners are very friendly. The room and the whole cottage is very clean. I will remember the Thanksgiving meal I had in this family. Thanks!

“Love the place and the Owners” I was please to find the Tree House the best deal on the island. The owners are old school Bahamians with many interests on the island if it has to do with Tourists they have something for you. The place was clean, large, beautiful, and close to the beach and the marketplace. We rented a jeep ( the owners have 40 plus ) and had a ball. I have a 15 year old daughter would loved the place too. Daily cleaning, Breakfast that was included and was more that the traditional Continental breakfast expected. Yes there where birds and it was like being in the forest the grounds where beautiful and well maintained. I will return again it was a beautiful experience from the very begaining to the last day! Erica and Ed are a class act and the property shows there love of nature!

“All a B&B; should be...” Excellent location, excellent food (really, really excellent food) and phenomenal room and stimulating conversation when desired. I came to Lafayette Manor for family business. I'll return for relaxation - and bring the family with me. If you are in the Fort Leonard Wood area you have to stay here. And bring your rugby ducky for the huge bath tub. Very accommodating too - I made a mistake on my check in date and arrived a day early - no problem.
