“Amazing Time” I hosted a party at the house and everything went smoothly and all my friends had an amazing time. Especially for the affordable price, the house's accessories such as the pool/jacuzzi, lights, and procedures such as the shuttling helped make the night a huge success and an amazing experience for us all. Extra services such as music and help cleaning up in the morning was extremely convenient after the night was over, and overall I definitely recommend this house as well as working with the owner who went out of his way to make sure that everything would go smoothly and accommodate all our specific needs.

“Orlando 2020 Vacation” We stayed at this hosue inn earlier March 2020. Eight people onnour annual Florida golf trip. House is well maintained, in a great location (Champions Gate) and nearby alot of good gold courses. The pool and hot tub are top notch and we got good use of them both.

“Very enjoyable stay” We chose this villa due to its location as we stayed very close to here previously and it is very convenient to the Disney parks and quiet to relax in the evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms are bright and spacious and our family of 2 adults and 3 kids had plenty of space but I think the kitchen and living area would be a little compact for 2 families. Could do with minor improvements to kitchen/living area and games room which we didn't really use We had a great 2 week holiday over Easter with beautiful weather throughout and really enjoyed the pool and spa. .

“Great home to stay at while in Texas hillcountry!” My wife and I stayed at this home for a few days in September. The property was very nice, and quiet. The house was completely clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the deer that came to visit. “First Class Unit and amenities - Spectacular!” The Unit is part of alamar, a complex with two condo towers, pools (one near the building, one at the beach club), a gym, etc. Bonus - zero time share reps to bother you. About the Unit: Very modern and spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, the barbecue was used frequently, the kids loved the splash pool, and the view did not disappoint. We had everything we needed, from fresh water to beach towels and boogie boards for the kids. The aC did not work in our room, but the owner had installed a portable unit in the meantime and that worked perfectly. We appreciated the attention he put into making sure we were comfortable. Anyways, upon walking in the first time, we were impressed and all smiles when we first toured the unit - it's a very, very cool and comfortable space. About the complex: Extremely well run and very, very safe. We were impressed at how everything was carefully maintained by the friendly ground staff. The Jungle pool was quiet and spectacular. Same for the pool and beach at the beach club. We frequently almost had the place to ourselves, the complex is not very busy during the week, does get a bit busier during the week-ends (beach club) - but it's still far less busy that any resort. No need to reserve lounge chairs, there are always great spots available. La Cruz is a cute, quiet village - it was easy to explore and buy food at the local tiendas or food stands. Great for a genuine local experience. Bucerias is very close by if you want larger stores, and easily accessed by bus, taxi or car. Also, Destiladeras beach is just 5 min. up the road, and is probably on of the best in the entire bay. We even saw whales breaching from there. Overall, we had a top notch stay with our three kids (ages between 6 and 12), and will continue renting units like this instead of visiting resorts. It's much better.

“Relaxing stay” We stayed at the Baverman condo on Fripp Island, SC. This place is very well maintained and the views are spectacular. We have stayed at other condo's on Fripp but this kitchen was very well equipped. There was so much room but everything was on one level. Also the underground parking is a plus. Fripp Island is a great place to relax and rejuvenate.

“Quick Getaway” We had an unexpected trip to Orlando after booking some cheap flights, we found Tracey's villa and she couldn't have been more helpful. We loved the villa, all the disney touches, even dresses for little princesses and the games in the garage for the older, or bigger kids amongst us. The pool was lovely after long days walking around the parks or shops. Everything was lovely and clean and fresh. Tracey even rang us while we were there to check everything was OK! “Everything you need..and more” Beautiful open plan villa, lots of room, clean, the sofas are really soft and cosy after a day at the parks. The pool was a definate hit with the kids, as was the games room. The gated community was very friendly and helpful, although we Didn't use the pool, but the TVs are linked up to show an information page, with cinema listings. “Great rental experience” As the title of the listing states, this villa was only 5 minutes to Disney. We found the description and the pictures to be quite accurate too. The community is well maintained and it is gated which made us feel secure. Also, the villa had alarm system which we used through-out our stay and felt secure. The free gas BBQ by the pool was great. We cooked-out several times on the grill while kids were playing in the pool. The owner was easy to work with and we found him easily approachable. We had a few questions the night before our arrival and he replied right-away even at late hours - something we did not expect. Will definitely book this villa in the future when we go there. Oh almost forgot, kids had a blast in the game-room.

“Outstanding Villa in a beautiful surroundings.” We are a family of 5, stayed at the this Lakeside Luxury Villa for 9 weeks total. The house is so beautiful with all that is needed when staying with kids. Very spacious house and lots of things to do, table tennis, soccer game and Playstation game console where everybody can play. Giant TV with hundreds of satelite tv-channels. The pool area is simply fantastic, big south facing screen and large pool - sitting out there and watch the sunset is so lovely. We have rented lots of houes before in Florid and this is simply the best one we have rented. The house is close to supermarkets, mall, Disney and all kinds of activities and shopping.
