“Very nice unit, some very minor shortcomings but easily corrected. Very nice lady to work with.” This is a very good unit that is idealy located and well set up. Some minor items had to be corrected which were easily taken care of. Would definitely try to stay there again if we return to this area.

“Cozy cabin with great views” This is a cozy 2 bedroom, one bath cabin right ON the water. I believe the front screened in porch is actually partially over the water. The screened porch was my favorite place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Every night we saw the most gorgeous sunset. The beds are comfortable and the shower good and strong. Although it is a ways from things we found some great restaurants in Crescent City and Astor.

“Christmas on the Portland Coast” We came in from Michigan to visit our daughter and instead of booking a local Portland hotel and spend Christmas at her cramped apartment, we chose to find a house on the Oregon coast. We were very pleased with our selection of the Winged Sanctuary for our stay. It was a 2 hour scenic drive from PDX. Shopping is plentiful nearby in Lincoln City. The home is very private on a gated dead end road. You do not see or hear any neighbors. The home appears to be brand new, looks like no one has ever lived in it, and beautifully decorated. It is fully furnished with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped. Internet was lightning fast. One minor negative I could say about this property, is the backyard is on the river, while it is a lovely view, the log jam can be treacherous. It would be nice to clear a safe passage to the water for fishing or just watching the wildlife. But I suppose that would spoil the natural habitat and violate local regulations. It was not a problem, but it's unsafe for children to play out there. . Alternately there are plenty of areas on the property to play outdoors, and the beach is a short drive away. Another minor negative is you can hear the highway which is two or three miles distant. Sound travels over water. Its not loud, just a consistent hum when the trucks roll by, but if you are a purist, looking for total peace and quiet, that might be your only complaint. With windows and doors closed there is no sound. We had a wonderful time and will probably try to rent the same home again. I would love to try it in the summer months.

“Relaxing” Great place to stay if your looking for a quiet place with the family. The rooms we're clean and the beds we're super comfy. Only flaws is I didn't have any wifi and the water park wasnt worth the price.

“Quiet, Beautiful, Awesome” I would highly recommend renting this unit. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit that faces the water with a HUGE deck. The unit is fully stocked with everything you can possibly imagine - nothing left out! Very comfortable beds and the owners have thought of every possible comfort you may need (fans, extra pillows, bikes, kayaks, the list goes on and on) Plus the owner checked in via text twice during our stay to make sure everything was going great and if we needed anything. It is about 20 minutes from Galveston so very easy access.

“Just the right distance from the city” This was the perfect getaway for a trip to the Boston area. We knew we would be visiting family in the area, we had tickets to see the Sox play, but didn't want to stay in Boston proper, so this was the perfect place. It is far enough away from all of the attractions of Plymouth, but close enough that you can get to them easily by car in just a few minutes. Access to the highways to get to the Cape or into Boston is easy. The space itself is a basement apartment with the owner living above. There is a small beachfront area on the pond for guests to use that is just a few steps away from your door. The owner is wonderful and while we did not see her much during our week long stay, we knew she was available if we needed anything and we enjoyed talking with her on those occasions when we saw her out with her dogs. Accessibility could be an issue for some with three steps into the apartment and steps to access the shower and the restroom. Otherwise, it is just what you need for a home away from home.

“Beautiful home with lots of room and right on the river! Good indoor and outdoor space.” Easy walk to the beach and lobster shack. Close to the forts/park. Great area to walk. Close to everything; outlets, restaurants, etc. Short ride to Portsmouth, NH; Nubble Lighthouse. In other words, a great hub for activity, to go in different directions or just sit and enjoy the river. Owners were very nice to work with. Will visit again!

“Review of our stay at 1804 Savona Pkwy Cape Coral vacation rental home for the month of March 2018” We enjoyed a lovely stay at a very nice home. It was clean, neat, and well equipped with lanai and kitchen furniture and supplies along with a nice heated and well maintained pool, all of which we used as we stayed for a month. The back yard canal view was excellent and my wife and I spent a good deal of time enjoying this view in both the Lanai and the living room. The manager Mr. Mayr was a pleasure to do business with. The property manager Diane kept up good communications with us and Comcast the one day their service was down. We felt like we had people working to insure we had a good time. There are many nice aspects of the house but there are a couple of items that do need repair or replacement: the Top deck boards on the dock, the BBQ, and the kitchen oven - which did function although you couldn’t see temperature settings nor were you able to adjust the temp. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and our intentions are to continue to vacation in Cape Coral vacation homes in the spring for the next few years.

“Great Month in Fort Myers Beach” We had a great say at Hidden Treasures, the location in the south end of the Island was good, close to Lovers key and Bonita Springs area, and Dog Beach which we loved. The neighbors were great very nice and friendly and very close walk to the beach. We had a dolphin swim into the lagoon behind the house which was fantastic, we loved the area.

“Old Palm exceeded our expectations.” This property was a beautiful, peaceful, secluded gem with a screened deck that was a great place to relax and enjoy the family and the views of the islands and the water. It was fun to see the peacocks strutting around. The house was clean and within walking distance of a lovely produce market which had great food. Bill gave great recommendations of where to go in town. If we come back to the area, this is where we'll stay.

“Great value with everything you need!” Damian is a great landlord. He was very quick to respond to all my questions. He made the rental process was very simple. The guest house is new, clean,comfortable and includes everything you need. My husband and I were there 5 nights, but would have been comfortable for a much longer stay. The house is just outside the old part of town and the beach. An easy walk or bike ride. We loved the bikes provided and rode them around the entire island! A car is really not necessary. Damian even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off when it was time to return home. When we return to Grand Turk, we will certainly contact Damian!
