Guests arrived Sunday 1 am without previous notice. If I do not ask they said nothing. Of couse I was waiting to receive them in the house. Asked me to do their fisrt shoping that I did with no charge. I did as wellcome present. No extra charges just waht it was mentioned in previous emails. Mr. Redman, remember you had them printed. First day they broke a tap that I had to repair. It was repaired in 24 hours because it was on a Sunday.Of couse I charged for that. On departure they did not want to leave the house at a reasonable time fot next client to check in and for me to have time to prepare the house for next client. We arrange 1 pm for me to go to clean and at that time the house was a battle field and they were just coming back from the beach. And the house was left in a terrible condition. 2 cars plenty of rubbish. I suppose thw rubbish of the whole mont was there. And I have never been rude. Just firm on my posisiton. If you are a host I can asure these clients are not recomendable. The 2 "Ladies " were shauting me while I was trying to organize cleaning. Never again Mr. Redman. But these are normal situations with Russian People. When you intend to come and leave at this unreasonable times Don´t you think you should ask if it is possible or convenient before you book your flights?. Just think about this: why ALL my other clients are so happy both with me as host and with the house?
