“A great apartment in a wonderful location” The apartment was very comfortable, with everything you could want. The washing machine came in very useful, as did the English DVD's already there. The view from the apartment balcony is stunning. All the information provided about the area was brilliant. The village is very close by, with an outdoor pool that the kids loved, especially since it was scorching hot most of the time. There are lots of other things to do in the area for kids too like the summer tobagon run, the ropes course and the light & water show at Zell an See. We went on lots of ski lifts & gondolas as part of walks, and even went to the top of a glacier and went sledging in snow! A brilliant holiday had by all!!
A beautiful, clean & cosy apartment with stunning views of Maria Alm & the mountain range.
We have only ever visited Salzburg & not seen the majestic beauty of this area, We absolutely loved it & can't wait to return. Maria Alm is a stunning village with plenty of restaurants & very reasonably priced. The apartment is ideally situated being on a high floor, the views are breathtaking but also just a short walk to the centre of the village & amenities, including a swimming pool & golf course!. The apartment is comfortable & cosy & very clean. I would definitely recommend it & look forward to a return visit. …
Great accomodation, skiing and weather
Arrived in maria alm earlier than planned and was promptly met by skifix rep with keys for apartment and escorted to the ski hire shop. Had two beginner skiers in the party and everything ran smoothly on arrival.
Apartment Amade has a fantastic location just outside Maria alm centre with a nice view over town and the Natrun. Great touches in apartment with smart televisions, made staying in nice but a difficult choice as going out was so much fun too!
English speaking owner and reps definitely helped avoid any confusion. Overall everyone included had a great time away. Both beginners are keen to ski again next winter, the weather was really warm and sunny which was worth the heavy afternoon snow! I would recommend staying here to anyone summer or winter. …
Modern apartment for 6 persons
Lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings
The village is lovely so pretty , loads of snow great places to eat and everything within walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment itself is very clean and of a high standard with all the usual mod cons
Plenty of room and a massive balcony which I'm sure would come in so handy during the summer.
There is underground parking which is handy with a lift up to the apartment
There are loads of lovely restaurants with good food and great atmosphere all of the shops and restaurants are very friendly and speak English
I can't fault the accommodation the building inside and out is lovely , all the bedding and towels are clean and well looked after …
My wife, little boy aged 3 and myself stayed here for a week over xmas. We love the apartment and from the moment we booked it, Sue went out of her way to give us all the info we could need and even left us a gift and our little boy a xmas present(which he loved)
The apartment has everything you could need and was very comfy with an amazing view from the balcony. It was about a ten minute brisk stroll into Maria alm village and again, it was perfect. The people are very friendly and the apris ski is great. We booked our little one in for ski lessons in HInterthal and he loved it, the instructors were really fun and nice and we could ski next to him, out of sight.
We would highly recommend this place and hope to stay next feb if possible.
Thank you very much Sue. …

Roomy, comfortable and right by the gondola, what more could you ask for?
We were delighted with Sunny Mountain, it was easily big enough for seven assorted adults and teenagers.
The family enjoyed the big kitchen, the wood burning stove, the comfy sofas, the full bath and the selection of games in the cupboards.
The gondola just 100m away gives access to 32km of continuous skiing (The Königstour) while the facing side of the valley has cleared trails for walkers, several rest stops plus a toboggan run. There could be more buses, so a car gives you access to an even wiser area including the glacier at Kaprun.
Not a place if you are looking for nightlife or wild Apres Ski, but there's a friendly bar in the gondola station, a nice restaurant in the hotel and a cosy hut next to the piste which catches the last sun of the day. …
