“An oasis in a perfect location” We stayed at this apartment with a 1 & 3 yr old children and found it was perfect ! Fantastically location, nice and quiet during the day & night and still close to shops (both supermarket and smaller shops, restaurants and 2 beaches to choose from and harbour all within a 5-10min flat walk. The resort has 7 pools so no crowds, we basically had out own private pool! The apartment was net & tidy, dishwasher, washing machine, DVD/TV and air-con. Owners were very easy to deal with too. No problems recommending it and may even come back to stay again it was such a great holiday!!

“Truly delightful Finca!” This is a really special place! Ca'n Sampol is a wonderful base for a relaxing or action packed holiday. The house is delightful; modern, comfortable and beautifully maintained but retaining a link with its history. Even more special than the house is the outside area - super pool area, lovely garden and orchard. It's just wonderful to wake up each morning surrounded by orange and lemon trees! The views of the mountains are amazing! Toni is a most welcoming host. He brought us some delicious home cooked food and local delicacies. Most important though was his kindness and concern for our comfort and enjoyment of the holiday.

“Relaxing & peaceful!!” The villa is situated in private gardens with mature trees and shrubs and small grassed area which are well maintained.The swimming pool is fantastic for young children as have shallow steps one end into the water. There are plenty of areas of both sun and shade to sit and relax on sunloungers and patio seating around the tiled areas surrounding the villa. The interior is spacious,light and cool with solid shutters to keep out midday sun and good air conditioning in all bedrooms which are well furnished with wardrobes etc and comfortable beds. Towels are plentiful and are replenished along with the bedlinen by friendly maid service once a week. The kitchen is clean as is the bathroom,with good equipment ,knives,pots pans and cutlery.A good welcome pack is also provided. The owner Juan was extremely helpful and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble,I telephoned him on a couple of occasions and he was at the villa within 5minutes of my call. The villa is of equal distance between the town of Pollensa and the Port (approx 5 minutes drive). We would thoroughly recommend this villa to our family and friends and would say that this was the most perfect setting for a family holiday.

“Superb Apartment maintained to an excellent standard” We found the apartment which looks newly renovated to be of a very high standard and offered just about everything you could wish for. We were unfortunate with the weather so were not able to use all the facilities the apartment had to offer such as the table tennis, private roof terrace with BBQ etc but this apartment has it all. Very highly recommended and the owners have gone to great lengths to make sure you have a comfortable stay in their rental home providing fishing equipment, bikes, badminton equipment, table tennis, golf equipment, sony play station, wifi etc . . . Some of my other family members are interested in renting this next year.
