“Amazing villa” The villa was absolutely beautiful, great pool, and fab outside space. Photos do not do this villa justice. There was everything you could need in the villa if you want to cook or a great selection of restaurants and a couple of bars and supermarkets just a five minute walk away at Faro Park. The hammocks and hot tub are a fab addition. The beds are a little low but very comfortable. Plenty of books/DVD’s if you decide to stay in of an evening and my son enjoyed the Xbox. Socks the cat was very friendly. We had an issue with the toilet getting blocked one day but after a quick phone call it was fixed within a couple of hours, fantastic service from the management company. We hired a car during our stay and it was very easy to get around the island and just a few minutes drive into Playa Blanca or the Marina. Montaña Roja behind the villa is a must if you enjoy walking, best to go early before it gets too hot. I definitely recommend this villa and would definitely book again if we go back to Lanzarote. “Excellent property - fascinating island” The route directions were clear. The villa was clean as a new pin on arrival with a welcome basket of foods etc. Views from all the windows, especially the lounge are magnificent. Our party of 4 adults had plenty of room and the entire house is very comfortable. Lanzarote is much, much more than just the proverbial 'island in the sun; in fact the weather during our week was quite cool some days, and windy. But, that's to be expected in March. But, there is so much to see and do, that we will have to make a return trip to see the things we missed first time around. Oh! And the pool was used almost every day, and we even managed a BBQ one evening and watched the sun going down. Fantastico!! Roger and Laura

“Perfect Villa & Location” Having stopped in Playa Blanca 2 years ago in a villa quite out the way we were quite choosy when looking for this years villa to fulfill our needs. We were 2 families of 2 adults/2 childen of ages (5,6,7 & 10) and this is not always easy to accommodate. Casa Jemma exceeded our expectations and we hope to return very soon. It was clean and fully prepared with fresh towels upon arrival. Literally 1 minute down the path to the sea front and a short stroll into Flamingo where we returned to see our lovely friends at the Asia Steak house..beautiful food and a bouncy castle to keep the children busy overlooking the beach. The pool at the villa was large and perfect (we had a little temperature issue and had to call Spectra a few times as was very cold the first week but they came straight out the next day and the fans kicked in by the second week). This didn't effect our enjoyment and I will say any issues the company are quick and easy to communicate with. The villa was well equipped and the wet room was newly updated and just beautiful. The games room was a huge hit by all, full size pool and table tennis! I would highly recommend Casa Jemma and Michelle & Paul the owners are lovely and respond to all queries quickly. Thank u for a wonderful holiday and we hope to be back soon :-) Also a quick note...I read someone say the sea view picture was mis-leading...not really sure why this is as u can look straight out at the sea and across to fuerteventura from the pool..the villas are elevated so regardless of the others villas that do not encroach on your privacy, if it's a clear day you CAN see the sea from Casa Jemma. It's beautiful waking up opening the shutters and seeing that view every morning!

“fantastic large well equiped villa with heated pool” Villa Victoria is a fantastic villa with everything needed to make a family holiday complete. Plenty of room for the nine of us and catered for, parents grandparents and three children aged 5,3 and 1 years of age. Good location close to bars, restaurants and supermarket, 20mins drive from the airport. The heated pool really makes it a special place to stay, the kids loved it. The villa is modern, complete with Sky TV, wifi, free local phone etc. The owners are very accomodating and did everything they could tomake our stay a trouble free good experience. Would recomend Villa Victoria and would stay again.
