A little out of the way but great bus service right near the villa, but that's exactly what you need to recharge your batteries. Great quality, value and exceptionally clean. Had a fantastic stay. “The Perfect Holiday at an Amazing Villa” My partner and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Aroca. We’ve been to Playa Blanca before, but this was our first time in a villa and I’m so pleased we found this one! The Villa is in a perfect location for a relaxing holiday, as it was so peaceful. The views are amazing with Montana Roja to the side and Fuerteventura in distance. The Villa is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. We absolutely loved the pool and spent many a day by or in it!! I could not have asked for a more perfect holiday, I thoroughly recommend staying here. I have no doubt we will be back!

“Total relaxation in the perfect location.” We as a family have stayed at this villa 3 times in the past so knew what to expect from our holiday and we were not disappointed. We had an extended rental of four weeks on this occasion as it was my wife's retiral holiday of choice. For the first two weeks our son, his fiancée and our daughter stayed with us and they had the bedrooms on the ground floor while we stayed in the palatial en suite bedroom upstairs with the large and private balcony. While the villa itself is roomy and comfortable its the pool area that makes these holidays. A lovely spacious patio, good sized pool, hot tub, big proper barbeque and two outside eating areas. A sun bed for everyone, no need to get up and put a towel down! There are lots of villas and residential complexes all around Playa Blanca but for us Faro Park beats them all. Local supermarkets, a bakery, pubs and really good restaurants all 5 minutes walk round the corner from the villa. There is a local bus service too, every half hour 1.35 euro flat fare to take you into town or out to the terminus at the Papagayo area. We always hire a car too for seeing the island, going to the bigger supermarkets in town and going into town for dinner at night, we park at the ferry port. Taxi back to the villa costs under 6 euros and then the next day walk in along the lovely paved coastal path (about 3 miles/ 5 kilometres) passing some big hotels, beaches and watering holes along the way(if needed), also views to Fuerteventura. Playa Blanca itself is in our view the best resort on the island. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars and shops and its own town beach. Recommend going into town about lunch time and sitting at a seafront bar with a drink and just watch the people. Its smaller and not as busy as Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen. Then finally there is the lovely Mike and Ann who look after you so well. They provided a customised music cd for us which will forever remind us of our great holiday. We will return for sure.

“Fabulous- just as described” We were over the moon that this villa was exactly as described, which made for a fabulous holiday. The villa is very spacious, clean and tidy and equipped with all you need, in fact, very much home from home. The kitchen had every utensil etc you would need and had recently had a new washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer installed. All of the doors from the living room and bedrooms lead to the pool area which was great. The TV/satellite has UK channels and was easy to use (not always the case as we have experienced elsewhere). There is a huge selection of books, DVDs and board games which is very thoughtful. It is situated within a gated community and is completely secluded from anyone being able to see the gardens and heated pool, making it completely private. The two terraces were perfect for sunbathing as the sun was on them all day. It was very peaceful as not on the main road, although once back on the road, there is a bus stop to catch the No 30 that takes you directly into Playa Blanca, via Faro Park which is the other end, so good to experience. There is also a taxi rank just down from the bus stop. The walk into the centre is around 30 mins to all the shops, restaurants and also the bus station. Alison, the owner, supplied us with very comprehensive information about the villa, directions, phone numbers etc before we left - including a call a week before departure - and there is also a A4 ring binder with lots of useful info. We would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be returning!

“Awesome place, super and spacious villa” The villa in Playa Blanca was absolutely fabulous, very quiet and really close to a local shop which was perfect. The 20 min walk into the town was very nice and on a couple of occasions we decided to get a taxi back for around 4 euros. We couldn’t really fault the villa, very clean and had everything we needed. Outside space was brilliant which has a large grassed (artificial) area, which was a nice bonus as we played some games on there. The pool is quite large @ approx 10 x 4 metres. The owners have really thought about the outside space as they have a very nice seated area to relax and keep cool in the shade. Also there is an amazing restaurant called El Tonnel which served good food and superb prices and it is a 2 minute walk to get there. Overall very good value and will definitely go back at some point.

“Los molinos” Lovely apartment in a great location. Anne, the lady who looks after the apartment was really helpful and lovely. The beds were comfortable and it has a great shower. The only negative was there were no English channels on the tv but that was a minor issue for us. There is a great pool for the children to play in and a separate smaller pool suited to adults swimming. I would definitely recommend it.

“Amazing villa” The villa was absolutely beautiful, great pool, and fab outside space. Photos do not do this villa justice. There was everything you could need in the villa if you want to cook or a great selection of restaurants and a couple of bars and supermarkets just a five minute walk away at Faro Park. The hammocks and hot tub are a fab addition. The beds are a little low but very comfortable. Plenty of books/DVD’s if you decide to stay in of an evening and my son enjoyed the Xbox. Socks the cat was very friendly. We had an issue with the toilet getting blocked one day but after a quick phone call it was fixed within a couple of hours, fantastic service from the management company. We hired a car during our stay and it was very easy to get around the island and just a few minutes drive into Playa Blanca or the Marina. Montaña Roja behind the villa is a must if you enjoy walking, best to go early before it gets too hot. I definitely recommend this villa and would definitely book again if we go back to Lanzarote. “Lovely villa in a great location” Lovely villa within a 20 minute walk of the centre of Playa Blanca with all it’s restaurants and shops. The garden and pool was well maintained and just the right temperature to cool off in the heat. Lovely to sit on the terrace watching the sun come up over the mountains. Inside there was lots of room with comfortable furniture and a great shower room! The welcome pack was a nice touch too.

“Excellent” My sister and I stayed in this lovely apartment for Christmas and new year. Very nice, clean and modern apartment - good location very near to all restaurants and bars. Nice views of sea and perfect for watching the sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. Drew was very friendly and helpful and being collected to and from airport is a very nice personal touch. Would have no hesitation in staying at this apartment again -in fact we wanted to book again for next Christmas but unfortunately it is all ready booked up!

“Excellent” This was our third visit to this lovely villa and it was another fantastic holiday. Villa Dos is easy to book and the keys are sent out in the post. The villa was immaculately clean and well presented. The location is stunning with fantastic views of Fuerteventura from both the terrace and through the large picture window in the villa. Beach towels are available at a small cost and are well worth having. Hopefully we will be staying again at some point in 2017.
